Deceiving Everyone

"Control him, Sasuke!" Nanfeng keenly sensed that Naruto's condition was off and quickly said to Sasuke beside him.

Sasuke glanced at Haku, who was lying on the ground and temporarily incapacitated, gritted his teeth, and kicked Naruto.

Bizarre chakra and mental fluctuations instantly enveloped everyone present. They paused their actions and stood stunned, trapped in the genjutsu world constructed by Nanfeng.

Kakashi watched as his Raikiri pierced through Haku's figure. Haku, lying on the ground, simultaneously spat out a mouthful of blood.

This was a false genjutsu, but the brain would, to some extent, believe it as real and provide physical feedback. Seeing this, Nanfeng accelerated his actions, quickly arriving beside Haku and using medical ninjutsu to stabilize his internal condition.
