Just like Goku and Frieza in Super Anime, they had been able to withstand the erosion of Destruction Power.
Of course, the Destruction Power in the anime had been granted by God of Destruction Sidra, and it had not been particularly powerful.
Nor had Gran truly unleashed the full might of the Second Stage Destruction Rule.
Gogeta possessed the power of the Divine Realm Sixth Tier Peak. Aside from being somewhat painful, this Destruction Power would not actually inflict much damage on Gogeta.

Not long after, Gogeta gave a cold shout and drew his arms toward his chest. In the end, he compressed the mass of Destruction Power around his body back into the center of his hands.

Just as Gogeta nodded, a flash of light suddenly passed over his body. He had consumed too much energy, and his fusion time was up.
With a slap, Goku was flung out. He looked at Gran dejectedly and said:
"You even transformed into Super Saiyan 4 State when you killed Demigra, but when you sparred with us, you actually stayed in your normal state. Isn't that just bullying?"
The confidence Vegeta had shown earlier was gone from his face as he said gloomily,
