Pinhead glanced at Angelique.
She turned her head away haughtily, unwilling to speak to him.
Pinhead's gaze shifted to Li Dan. He hadn't expected to meet this demon again so soon.
And their goals were at odds.
"You're going to stop us?"
"No, no, no. This place belongs to me now. You're the ones invading my nightmare."
Li Dan had hoped to see Art, but after looking over all the Cenobites, he was disappointed to find no sign of him.
The Ghost Card showed that Art was still alive.
Li Dan didn't mind clashing with Pinhead here. He held the home-field advantage now.
The only thing he had to watch out for was that Hell Passage.
Cenobites bowed to no one. Pinhead had said so himself. But he didn't want to waste his Cenobites in a pointless fight with Li Dan now.
Those Cenobites were vital to his rule over Hell. He couldn't let them die here.
"Demon, what sort of deal do you want to make this time?"
The Cenobites weren't as mindless as Li Dan had thought. Pinhead even knew to give himself a way out.
"Let's save the deal for next time. This is my territory now, so shouldn't you leave?"
Without another word, Pinhead led his people away.
Hell was far from united. It had many factions, and demon kings and even the seventy-two Demon Gods had territories of their own.
He didn't know which faction Li Dan belonged to, but until he had unified his own territory, he wouldn't casually provoke another.
In the end, strength decided everything.
Li Dan's four great demons and his evil spirits together could already stand against Pinhead's squad.
