In the fog-shrouded woods.

Two Mutant Spiders crawled out from behind Li Dan, guarding the two of them from either side.

At first, the first one had died without even knowing how. Now that they were facing her head-on, they should be able to test this old ghost's abilities.

But Li Dan quickly stopped thinking that way. A Mutant Spider appeared behind Mary Shaw as well. From the look of it, it was probably the one Li Dan had released earlier.

He roughly understood what had happened.

That Mutant Spider had likely been turned into a doll, or rather, a puppet.
