"Enough! That's more than enough!"
The moment Dr. Brief saw the things Rhode had taken out of the Spaceship, his furrowed brow instantly relaxed. "Little Rhode, don't worry. Three days—no, two days. I can have the Gravity Chamber built in two days!"
As he spoke, Dr. Brief asked Rhode to move the materials to the construction site he had already selected for the Gravity Chamber. At this moment, he could hardly wait to get it built.
"Don't rush, Doctor. Before that, take a look at this."
Seeing how eager Dr. Brief was, Rhode smiled helplessly and pulled him back. He then took out the Three-Star Ball he carried and placed it in the doctor's hand. "See if you can determine this orb's wavelength and make a radar that can locate similar orbs."
Bulma was still too young. Even if Rhode gave her the Dragon Ball, Little Bulma would be unable to do anything with it.
Although the Dragon Radar in the original story had been made by Bulma, Rhode figured that as Bulma's father and one of Earth's top scientists, Dr. Brief should have no problem making one.
"This should be easy enough. I'll try it when I have time, then give you the finished product!"
Rhode's request was a trivial matter to Dr. Brief, and he agreed without a second thought. But then his gaze fell on the Spaceship. "By the way, Little Rhode, can you let me study your ship later?"
"No problem, Doctor. Go ahead!"
Rhode naturally had no reason to refuse such a small request from Dr. Brief and agreed readily.
"Good. Help me move the materials over. I can have the Gravity Chamber built in two days. When it's done, come over and test it with me, then we can make adjustments."
Seeing how generous Rhode was, Dr. Brief was delighted. He quickly called for him to start moving the materials and confidently gave his assurance.
Though Rhode and Aila still looked like children, Dr. Brief had personally experienced their strength and did not truly treat them as ordinary kids.
Under Dr. Brief's direction, Rhode and Aila moved all the materials needed for the Gravity Chamber to the designated location. After that, the doctor chased them out, claiming that they were too clumsy and would interfere with his work.
"There's definitely something wrong with that guy's head!"
After being kicked out by Dr. Brief, Aila's face was full of displeasure.
In her view, with Rhode and herself helping, the construction of the Gravity Chamber would definitely go much faster. Yet this guy actually found them bothersome?
"Maybe the doctor is right. We can't handle this kind of technical work anyway, so we shouldn't meddle too much. Leave professional work to professionals, or something might go wrong."
As far as Rhode was concerned, Dr. Brief's construction speed for the Gravity Chamber had already exceeded his previous expectations, so he was in no hurry.
"Since the Gravity Chamber won't be finished anytime soon, let's continue studying and training. After all, Master Mutian isn't the only Martial Artist on this planet!"
Although they had learned a meticulous and orthodox training method from Master Roshi, it would not hurt to spend this time studying at the Lookout as well.
And not just the Lookout. Master Crane, who did not get along with Master Roshi, was also a Martial Artist, and there were some worthwhile things in his teachings too.
In short, Rhode believed that the more, the better. He wanted to gather the strengths of every school, fully integrate them, and create something better suited to himself.
Besides, with his Comprehension Ability, learning these things would not take much time.
After drinking tea with Mrs. Brief in the mansion and playing with Little Bulma for a while as a break, the two followed the Power Level markers and flew toward the Lookout.
Just as Rhode and Aila left Dr. Brief's home and flew straight toward the Lookout, both Karin and Kami became nervous.
"Kami, are those two Aliens flying toward the Lookout?"
At the Lookout, Mr. Popo saw that Kami, who had calmly observed Rhode and Aila ever since they arrived on Earth, was acting unusually. He could not help asking.
"That's right. Those two Aliens are flying here. But there's no need to panic. Judging by what they've done these past few days, they are not vicious people. They may simply be coming to the Lookout to learn how to train."
As Earth's god, Kami had noticed Rhode and Aila the moment their Spaceship entered Earth.
But after sensing the terrifying power within Aila, power so frightening that his body instinctively trembled, Kami had been deeply unsettled these past few days. He had lived in constant fear that these two Alien children would destroy the world like King Piccolo had in the past.
However, over the following days, not only had they not caused widespread destruction, they had patiently learned martial arts from others. That behavior put Kami much more at ease.
Whoosh!
As Kami and Popo spoke, Rhode and Aila had already flown past Korin Tower, where Karin lived, and landed on the Lookout.
"I never expected a place like this to exist in the sky!"
Aila had found it strange when the Scouter detected Power Levels in the sky earlier. Now that she was truly standing here, she found it fascinating. "Hey, Rhode, what is this place? These two obviously don't look like the Earthlings below."
One was a ridiculous green-skinned man wearing clothes marked with the character for god, while the other was Little Black, with nothing but clothes and eyes visible. Aila found both of them strange and immediately asked Rhode beside her.
Kami showed no reaction to Aila's rude way of addressing them, but Mr. Popo could not stand it anymore. He stepped forward alone and spoke to Aila without any change in expression. "You are being far too rude. This is Kami of Earth. He is a god!"
"A god?"
Hearing Mr. Popo's words, Aila curled her lip disdainfully. "Self-proclaimed, right? He's so weak. Does wearing clothes with the word god on them make him a god?"
The instant she appeared on the Lookout, Aila had scanned the Power Levels of both Kami and Popo again. This so-called god did not even have a fraction of her Power Level.
"Are gods really this weak?"
After casually mocking him, Aila shifted her gaze from Kami to Popo. "But your Power Level is barely worth looking at, Little Black. Let's fight!"
Before she even finished speaking, Aila charged straight at Mr. Popo.
Rhode had seen everything Aila did after arriving at the Lookout, but he merely watched as if enjoying a show and made no move to stop her. He also wanted to see what was so extraordinary about Mr. Popo.
After all, this Little Black, as Aila called him, was extremely mysterious. No one knew how many generations of Kami he had served. Rhode guessed that his relationship with Kami might be like that between Angels and Gods of Destruction.
Called a divine servant, but actually a guide to the god—perhaps even his teacher.
The moment Aila attacked, she held nothing back. Her Power Level of more than 2,500 erupted as she threw a punch at Mr. Popo's face.
However, a scene that shocked Aila and surprised Rhode unfolded. Despite the more than twofold difference between them, Aila's punch actually missed!
