"Quiet!"
After more than two hundred Saiyans gathered on Planet Kasha, Sephiria flew into mid-air, looking down at the Saiyans below with an indifferent gaze.
A powerful sense of oppression suddenly descended from the sky, pressing down on everyone's chests. Feeling the pressure from above, all the Saiyans fell silent, looking up at the majestic and imposing Sephiria, their faces turning pale.
"I am Sephiria, an elite warrior."
Sephiria introduced herself, scanning her surroundings. Seeing the Saiyans below cowed by her power and afraid to make a sound, she nodded with satisfaction.
"I know you have many questions, but keep your mouths shut for now. I don't have time to answer you one by one. I brought you here only because I do not wish for the Saiyan bloodline to vanish completely from the universe."
Her tone remained blunt as she continued: "Planet Vegeta has been destroyed. You are the only surviving Saiyans from Planet Vegeta. From now on, you will live on this planet for the time being. There is sufficient water and food here to meet your needs."
"The destruction of Planet Vegeta was due to our own lack of strength. I want you to keep this resentment in your hearts forever. It is precisely because our strength was insufficient that someone in the universe dared to strike at us, bringing the noble Saiyan race to the brink of extinction."
"Although the vast majority of you are low-class warriors, and some are destined never to reach a battle power of even 1,000, as long as the Saiyan bloodline exists, there is hope."
At this point, a cold, piercing light suddenly erupted from Sephiria's eyes, and she said with cruel intensity:
"But I will say this first: internal fighting is strictly forbidden here. This is the first iron rule. Anyone who violates this will be executed! Do not think I am joking. Since you have come here, obey me. Those who wish to resist should be prepared to die."
"Very well, whether you agree or not, you will follow my arrangements. Because the situation facing the Saiyans is dire, from now on, adult Saiyans are responsible for training the young ones. Regardless of the intensity, ensure the young Saiyans grow up properly."
Sephiria radiated an aura of authority, like a queen looking down from on high, her cold, domineering presence making everyone below unable to lift their heads.
Enduring Sephiria's intimidating aura, the Saiyans—who already lived by the creed that the strong are to be respected—could clearly feel her power. This Saiyan, who appeared to be a young girl, was far stronger than any of them.
Coupled with her status as an elite warrior, her strength and authority were enough to quickly extinguish any thoughts of rebellion. One by one, they obediently followed her arrangements.
When she ordered them to build a settlement, they complied. The adult Saiyans began to take the lead in training the children. Everything seemed to be proceeding in an orderly fashion.
Seeing the Saiyans' reaction, Hertz smiled and said to Roland, "Your sister is born with the aura of a leader. She is well-suited to be in charge. Even when Planet Vegeta still existed, her reputation as a genius was already prominent. If Planet Vegeta hadn't been destroyed, she would have surely achieved great things."
Roland nodded in agreement.
Although Sephiria was usually cold-natured, her aura was indeed powerful, and she was ruthless enough that ordinary people standing beside her would feel immense pressure.
Sephiria's talent was so high that even compared to the Saiyan Prince Vegeta, she was not inferior. A Saiyan with such cultivation talent would never have been tolerated by King Vegeta if it were anyone else, but Sephiria had survived—likely thanks to her status as a female Saiyan.
Such an excellent woman was best used for continuing the bloodline; perhaps King Vegeta had already made arrangements for her future in his heart.
It's a good thing Planet Vegeta was destroyed!
Watching the majestic Sephiria in the sky, Roland muttered to himself.
After pacifying the Saiyans, Sephiria came to Roland and the others. "Let's go. We're returning to Planet Frie. Let these people live here for now."
"You're just going to leave them be?" Roland asked.
Sephiria revealed a faint, indifferent smile. "I barely have enough time for my own cultivation; why should I bother with them? Let them fend for themselves."
Roland rolled his eyes. "You sounded so passionate just a moment ago. I thought you were going to recruit them."
Sephiria replied, "I'm not that bored. These low-class warriors will reach a battle power of a few thousand at most. What would I want with them? Besides, who knows if they are truly submissive in their hearts? I'll observe them for a few years first."
Hertz shrugged, saying nonchalantly, "As long as the Saiyan bloodline continues, their individual strength isn't that important."
There is a low-class warrior on Earth who will eventually become a Super Saiyan!
Roland thought to himself after hearing them.
Of course, Sephiria and Hertz could not know the plot like Roland, nor did they know that a low-class warrior named Goku would eventually reach heights that even elite warriors could only gaze upon in awe through training. From their perspective, low-class warriors were inferior to mid-level and elite warriors, which was objectively true.
The potential of a Saiyan is largely determined by their birth battle power and subsequent training, with the latter playing a more significant role.
Why were Goku and Vegeta able to break their physical limits multiple times and reach the Super Saiyan level? It was certainly not just a matter of Saiyan bloodline and training in a Gravity Chamber.
Admittedly, gravity training provided great help to Goku and the others, but it was merely an auxiliary tool. One must know that there are many high-gravity planets in the universe, and Saiyans have encountered them frequently during their conquests, yet they never showed much improvement.
Goku and the others were able to grow rapidly mainly because they knew advanced cultivation methods.
Look at Goku's experience: as a child, he studied under the God of Martial Arts, Master Roshi; later, he received guidance from Korin at Korin Tower; and as an adult, he was mentored by Kami and North Kai. More importantly, Goku possessed a pure heart, allowing him to focus on cultivation without distraction. These step-by-step experiences laid a solid foundation for him to break through the shackles of his talent.
Vegeta, on the other hand, was a super genius born with a natural talent for cultivation. His rich experience and comprehension allowed him to quickly grasp the use of "Ki" simply through his battles with Goku.
These were not things that ordinary Planet Vegeta Saiyans could compare to.
Talent is sometimes truly important.
Generally speaking, the Saiyans from Planet Vegeta were not particularly outstanding. To them, a Super Saiyan was just a legend. Saiyans like Goku and Vegeta, who constantly broke their own limits, were rare. For them, a battle power of over ten thousand was the peak; anything beyond that required profound cultivation.
Without knowledge of advanced training methods, even with a Gravity Chamber, ordinary Saiyan warriors could not achieve the miraculous growth of Goku.
It is impossible for everyone to become a Super Saiyan.
Of course, regarding the talent of Saiyans, there is another theory: that the reason the Saiyan race feels powerful is entirely due to the reflected glory of Goku and Vegeta. Roland felt this view was biased, because from what he understood, Saiyans should still be quite talented.
At the very least, their physical constitution and Great Ape transformation ability were superior to many other aliens in the universe.
Returning to the main point, after ensuring the continuation of the Saiyan bloodline, Sephiria and Hertz no longer felt so much pressure. After making their arrangements, they had no intention of continuing to manage them.
Although Roland had the intention of organizing these Saiyans into a force, he kept a low profile because his own strength was still relatively weak.
Leaving the two hundred Saiyans on Planet Kasha, the three of them flashed with light and returned to Planet Frie, beginning their peaceful cultivation.
