The Super Dragon Balls were gigantic Dragon Balls created by Dragon God Zalama in Divine Calendar Year 41. They were unimaginably huge, each over 37,000 kilometers in diameter—more than three times Earth's diameter. Once all seven Dragon Balls were gathered, they could summon Super Shenron, whose power extended across the entire Zeno Multiverse.

Roland had brought Askari to Universe 6 to collect the Super Dragon Balls here and use them to subdue Cell Jr.

Of course, he did not intend to use the Super Dragon Balls to control Cell Jr. If that was all he wanted, the Dragon Balls on Earth that Roland had modified could do it, and failing that, modifying the Dragon Balls on Planet Namek would also suffice.
