Dr. Gero had modified himself far more thoroughly than Yamcha. To obtain long life and immense power, he had not hesitated to abandon his human identity, transforming himself completely into a mechanical body. Though his appearance still resembled that of an elderly human, every tissue in his body had already been replaced with machinery.

If he could capture those two intruding women, it would be of no small help to his next stage of research.

And so, carrying that inexplicable confidence, Dr. Gero swaggered out in front of Sephiria and Emma.

"Saiyan woman, and Dr. Emma. I can't believe you had the nerve to barge straight in..." Dr. Gero looked coldly at Sephiria and the others. The Scouter inside his body showed no reaction at all, nor could it detect their energy values. This was what prevented Dr. Gero from clearly realizing the gap between them.

If he had seriously analyzed the sparring match between Roland and Sephiria two days ago, he might have discovered the difference between them. But Dr. Gero was far too confident, believing himself invincible. On top of that, the Scouters on Earth had a limited measurement range; they could not even accurately measure an Android's power, let alone Sephiria's.

This was also one of the reasons behind Dr. Gero's baffling confidence.

Sephiria's crimson eyes glanced at Dr. Gero, and her brows furrowed slightly. Before Dr. Gero could finish speaking, her figure vanished directly from before his eyes.

In an instant, she closed in right in front of Dr. Gero and swung out an attack.

"What?!"

Dr. Gero's expression changed drastically. Before he could even figure out how Sephiria had gotten close to him, a fist shining with light appeared
