Kibito stared at Bulla in surprise. Other Super Saiyans had appeared throughout history, but those Super Saiyans had only been a little stronger than other mortals, not enough to catch his eye.
So Kibito did not take Bulla's claim of a Super Saiyan who had surpassed Super Saiyan seriously.
"Use whatever power you have," Kibito said calmly.

Bulla smiled coldly, her pretty face turning serious. A soft cry escaped her lips, and a golden aura erupted violently. Her hair rose upward, her violet locks instantly turning gold, while her eyes became as green as lake water, flashing with a cold light.
Although she had only transformed into an ordinary Super Saiyan, the aura on her body was far stronger than that of an average Super Saiyan.
"This is the power a Super Saiyan can reach? No, it's far stronger than the Super Saiyans of the past!" Kibito was badly startled. This power was much stronger even than Lord Supreme Kai's.
"Heavens, even Dabura, king of the Demon Realm, isn't that strong?" Supreme Kai Shin cried out with his mouth open.
Both he and Kibito were shocked by Bulla's power.
Vegeta and Buli could not help glancing over as well.
Looking at Bulla, who radiated a heavy, powerful aura, Buli said to Vegeta in some surprise, "That girl's power is actually no weaker than when you first transformed into Super Saiyan 2."
