The apartment complex where Lin Baici lived was over forty years old, and the soundproofing had never been any good. Even the sound of kids running around was enough to drive you crazy, let alone loud, trashy music. With all that noise late at night, there was no way anyone downstairs could sleep.
Lin Baici turned on the light, got out of bed, and went to find his mother!

Li Guiru had gone up to speak with them, but it was useless, so she'd stopped trying and simply put up with it.
Lin Baici got dressed.
The complex didn't even have property management. If something like this happened, they had to deal with it themselves.
Seeing that her son was going upstairs, Li Guiru hurriedly got dressed, too.
"Mom, leave it to me. Go back to bed!"
Lin Baici went out, closed the door behind him, and climbed the stairs to the fifth floor.
Knock, knock!
Knock, knock!
Lin Baici knocked on the security
