Novice-level, Normal-level, Elite-level, Veteran-level, Professional-level, Master Level, top level (equivalent to the anime's Heavenly King Level), Guardian God Level (equivalent to the anime's Champion Level), Legendary Level.

These strength settings are for reference only. A Trainer's command, a Pokémon's combination skills, enhancement moves, weather and terrain conditions, their own state, attributes and training direction, and all such favorable factors could affect the outcome of a battle.

When holding an advantage, fighting above one's level was quite common. The levels above merely served as a reference for determining one's standard.

(First Stage)

A Pokémon's control over one attribute was relatively perfect. The purity of its own energy underwent a qualitative transformation, becoming highly condensed, as though compressed, allowing it to minimize the disadvantage of being countered by an opposing attribute.

(Second Stage)

Required a Pokémon's Coordination Ability and physical fitness to reach the top level, as well as perfect control over its own Attribute Energy and perfect proficiency with its moves.

Its physical fitness and Coordination Ability were outstanding enough to use top level Combination Skills as conventional battle methods in combat.

(Third Stage)

A Pokémon's physical fitness broke through its limits, or its recovery-move techniques were trained to perfection. This manifested in physical fitness, injury recovery speed, self-healing speed, stamina, and total energy reserves. It could battle for extended periods, and this was closely tied to training its Willpower and tapping into its body's potential.

PS: At this stage, differences in training resulted in enormous gaps in Pokémon strength.

(Fourth Stage; in the anime, the main Pokémon of the League Elite Four were basically at this stage.)
