Battle Against Hyuga

Kakashi quickly pulled out a kunai, while Inuzuka Yasha turned his hands into claws and clashed directly with Kakashi's kunai. The Inuzuka clan's hands were their most powerful weapons. The two were evenly matched.

Kakashi's peripheral vision never left Inuzuka Yasha. Seeing Yasha open his mouth to bite, Kakashi used his hands to push off the ground, somersaulted, and landed behind Inuzuka Yasha, escaping the dog's jaws.

However, Inuyasha couldn't stop his momentum and his dog head crashed directly into Inuzuka Yasha's chest.

"Hey, Inuyasha, what are you doing? I told you to attack Kakashi, but you bit me instead. Half your food allowance is docked."

Inuzuka Yasha scolded, hugging the dog's head.

"Woof~"

Inuyasha whimpered in grievance.

Inuzuka Yasha released the dog's head, formed hand seals, and said.

"Beast Mimicry Ninjutsu: Four Legs Technique."

He then placed his hands on the ground, emitting a faint blue chakra, and his fingernails grew long and thick.

"In this state, my speed and strength will increase exponentially. You can still surrender now."

Inuzuka Yasha, now on all fours, said to Kakashi. This was his last chance for Kakashi.

"Don't waste everyone's time, hurry up and attack."

Seeing that Kakashi was unmoved, Inuzuka Yasha spoke again.

"Inuyasha, let's go together."

"Woof."

Inuzuka Yasha became a blur, charging at Kakashi at incredible speed.

"So fast."

Kakashi quickly threw his kunai and immediately pulled out several shuriken, attempting to slow his opponent down. However, it wasn't as he wished. The kunai and shuriken were repelled by the chakra covering Inuzuka Yasha as they approached. They were completely ineffective.

With no other choice, Kakashi had to engage in close combat. However, Kakashi was clearly no match for Inuzuka Yasha in this state, especially with a helper. After a few exchanges, Kakashi was wounded and sent flying by a claw strike.

On the spectator stands, Hatake Sakumo's heart ached as he saw Kakashi injured. Although he believed in Kakashi's strength, he was still worried seeing him hurt.

"Surrender, Kakashi! You've done well to last this long. The Chunin exam is still too early for you."

Inuzuka Yasha proudly declared his strength, hoping to see Kakashi come to his senses.

The only response he received was Kakashi's calm, indifferent voice.

"Let's continue."

"Hmph, you refuse a toast only to be forced to drink a forfeit. It seems I was too lenient with you. I'll finish you off next round."

"Inuyasha."

Inuzuka Yasha shouted. With a "bang," two Inuzuka Yashas appeared on the field. This was the unique transformation jutsu of the Inuzuka clan.

The "two" then charged rapidly towards Kakashi. Kakashi retreated while forming hand seals, his movements too fast for anyone who hadn't practiced for twenty years. His hands moved so quickly they became a blur.

"Lightning Release: Ground Run."

Lightning crackled from Kakashi's hands. He swung them towards the ground, and tendrils of electricity spread outwards from Kakashi. The two Inuzuka Yashas had no time to react. No matter how fast they were, they couldn't be faster than lightning.

They were directly hit by the electrical discharge, their bodies tingling and movements becoming sluggish.

Kakashi seized the opportunity, quickly closing the distance and kicking Inuzuka Yasha in the abdomen, sending him flying into the air. Taking advantage of Inuzuka Yasha's inability to gain purchase in mid-air, Kakashi leaped up and delivered another kick.

With a "bang," Inuzuka Yasha landed face-first on the ground. Just as Kakashi was about to press his advantage, Inuyasha stepped in front of Inuzuka Yasha, blocking Kakashi's assault. The momentum shifted instantly.

Inuzuka Yasha also took the chance to recover and stood up. At this point, his earlier arrogance was gone; he now regarded Kakashi as a worthy opponent.

Kakashi knew he had to take a risky gamble.

Kakashi threw several smoke bombs, then drew the ninja sword from his back and charged directly at Inuzuka Yasha. The smoke obscured their vision. The smell within the mist was a potent weapon against the Inuzuka clan. When Inuzuka Yasha smelled it, he quickly covered his nose and mouth, but it was too late. He could only cough uncontrollably, giving Kakashi an opening.

Kakashi unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks at Inuyasha. As a dog, Inuyasha suffered even more from the smell than Inuzuka Yasha and had no chance to retaliate. Inuzuka Yasha couldn't reach him in time. Inuyasha was kicked flying by Kakashi, crashing into the wall and losing consciousness.

Now, only Kakashi and Inuzuka Yasha remained on the field. Seeing his companion treated so brutally by Kakashi, Inuzuka Yasha became enraged. His speed was even greater than before. Kakashi struggled to defend himself, his wounds multiplying. He knew this was a battle of endurance; whoever gave out first would lose. Gradually, Inuzuka Yasha's speed began to wane, and the strength in his blows weakened. Kakashi knew his chance had come. The Hatake Family Swordsmanship flowed from his hands with increasing speed. One slash tore through Inuzuka Yasha's clothes, drawing blood.

Kakashi pressed his advantage relentlessly. Seeing his attack succeed, he intensified his assault. Inuzuka Yasha sustained more and more wounds, and the chakra maintaining the "Four Legs Technique" could no longer be sustained. He reverted to his original form. Due to the prolonged use of the "Four Legs Technique," Inuzuka Yasha's body couldn't take it anymore. He couldn't dodge Kakashi's final blow.

Kakashi's sword stopped steadily at Inuzuka Yasha's neck.

"I lost."

Inuzuka Yasha paid the price for his arrogance and then collapsed.

Kakashi, also exhausted, knelt on the ground.

The Jonin examiner then announced.

"The winner is Hatake Kakashi."

Following this, thunderous cheers erupted from the arena, offering a perfect conclusion to the match.

Kakashi was carried off for treatment. He had no serious injuries, just extreme exhaustion.

Three more matches were held afterward, leading to the final match.

"This match will be between Hatake Karot and Hyuga Koji. Please have both participants enter the arena."

Karot and Hyuga Koji jumped into the arena at the same time.

Hyuga Koji wore a very serious expression, a typical look for the Hyuga clan. His teammate, Hyuga Sanada, was completely different; he was just a tsundere.

"Begin."

As the examiner announced, the final Chunin exam match began.

"I won't hold back."

Veins bulged on both sides of Hyuga Koji's eyes as he activated his Byakugan.

"I wouldn't have it any other way."

Hyuga Koji observed Karot's entire body with his Byakugan, and was astonished to discover not a trace of chakra within Karot's body. This greatly surprised him.

"Your body?"

Hyuga Koji asked in surprise.

"You noticed."

As expected of the Hyuga clan's Byakugan. Using it for x-ray vision would be a surefire profitable business.
