Yarrick jolted awake from his daze and suddenly opened his eyes.
Looking around, he was clearly no longer in that Warp domain filled with Orks, but had returned to reality.
The familiar sight of the Hive City lay around him. Rowan still sat across from him at the wooden table, apparently having not waited long.
"You're awake?"
Rowan looked Yarrick over from head to toe. "Looks like you had quite an extraordinary journey."
What Yarrick had experienced after accepting the Waaagh! Field had not been an illusion, but a genuine trial within the Orks' Warp domain.
The evidence was obvious. Just moments ago, Rowan had clearly felt his Reality Strength devour quite a few powerful souls, nudging the upgrade progress bar forward slightly.
"Yes, I'm back."
Yarrick murmured, lowering his head to examine himself. "Is this what those Ork Warbosses feel like...?"
It was as though endless power filled every inch of his muscles. Though his physique had not changed, Yarrick had the illusion that he could punch an anteater to death with a single blow!
He slowly raised his left hand, flicked a finger, and tapped the wooden table.

Seeing this, Rowan nodded in satisfaction.
"So, what do you think? Are you willing to join my team?"
he asked solemnly.
"Yes. I will join you and eliminate every enemy that threatens humanity."
Yarrick nodded.
"Excellent."
Without another word, Rowan pulled a tome out of thin air. "This contains the information you'll encounter after joining. It will help you understand my origins and mission."
Yarrick was about to reach out and take it, but Rowan merely smiled and extended a hand into the tome.
