Keming Island.

The island where the Dao Palace headquarters of the Southeast Sea Region stood. Legend had it that the Dragon Lord had comprehended the Dao here for a hundred years. After several thousand years of peaceful development, Keming City along the island's eastern coast had grown to a scale comparable to Capital City in Central Province.

This city was renowned throughout the world for trade, serving as one of the major transit hubs for seaborne goods in the mortal world. If cargo did not pass through here, Linshui Prefecture would levy a hefty toll. At the same time, this was also the largest place in all the Central Continent to unload stolen goods, which in turn drove the flourishing commerce around the island.

In the center of Keming City stood a grand hall of red brick and golden tiles.
