Wang Ping clasped his hands in salute once more, then retreated to the core of the formation behind him.
True Monarch Lieyang's Primordial Spirit dissipated into nothingness. Then his Golden Crow physical body turned around, buried its head in the lava, and fell asleep.
Standing at the formation's core, Wang Ping was somewhat stunned. He looked up at the cosmic Star Sea outside. Don't tell me I'm supposed to fly back? He could not help searching for the location of Central Continent Star.

Just as Wang Ping was agonizing over whether to fly back, True Monarch Lieyang's Primordial Spirit appeared again. Smiling, he said, "I'm getting old. My memory isn't what it used to be."
As he spoke, he formed a hand seal with his left hand. Surging Fire Spirit qi immediately gathered around the formation, activating its rune inscriptions. Wang Ping then felt the familiar sensation of weightlessness and crushing pressure.
A few breaths later, the hall within Lord Rongyang's cave dwelling appeared in Wang Ping's sight. The formation runes carved into the walls were both familiar and strange.
"How did it go?"
Yulian's consciousness emerged within the Spirit Sea. Then Wang Ping felt a weight settle on his shoulder. Yulian had ridden over on a cloud, sprawled across his shoulder, and rubbed her head against his cheek.
Wang Ping reached out and gently stroked Yulian's little head, replying within the Spirit Sea, "It went smoothly. His purpose in seeking me was the same as we guessed. We'll discuss it later."
As he communicated with Yulian, he stepped out of the formation's core and clasped his hands toward Rongyang. "Sorry to have kept you waiting, Fellow Daoist."
Rongyang replied along the same lines, "It wasn't long. You should head back
