Only now did Parr remember about advancing his Knight realm. Those Adventurer Team members had been complete pushovers; they had not put any pressure on him at all, and the battle had ended so quickly that he had forgotten to advance.
"Now that the battle is over, it won't be easy to advance! And Uncle John is looking at me strangely. Was he frightened by the way I fought? No! I can't scare him any more. I'll wait until next time to advance!"
After thinking it over briefly, Parr once again gave up on advancing immediately. Then he walked toward John, his target the corpse of the adventurer team leader beside him. He had not forgotten that his Black Short Sword could obtain Energy Points from the dead. Although the amount was greatly reduced, Energy Points were still Energy Points, weren't they?
"You..."
Seeing Parr approach, John's lips moved as though he wanted to say something. But in the end, he said nothing. He merely patted Parr on the shoulder and began collecting the spoils.
"Uncle John, did you have something to say?"
Parr discreetly stabbed the adventurer team leader's corpse and gained 42 Life Energy Points. Then he looked at the somewhat gloomy John.
"Mm."
John stopped collecting spoils as well. He had made up his mind. He could not delay Parr's Talent any longer; he had to send the child to school.
So John explained his thoughts to Parr and, along the way, explained what an academy was.
Academies could be found throughout the continent, differing in name and scale.
The academies of the Wind Wolf Kingdom were primarily located in the main cities of the great marquises. They were excellent places to learn knowledge and build connections.
Other countries had academies as well, though
