Background

Nuwa is a registered disciple of Old Ancestor Hongjun and one of the first six Saints to attain enlightenment. Her standing places her in the same generation as Primordial Lord of Heaven, making Yang Jian her junior by sect lineage. 16

As leader of the Monster Race, Nuwa commands broad reverence from demons and Monster Beasts. Her authority extends beyond direct followers: intelligent Monster Beasts of Heavenly Mountain are instructed to neither harm nor refuse aid to a Daoist Sect cultivator carrying her token. 16 251

After observing that Shang Dynasty destiny had strengthened rather than weakened, Nuwa came to Chaoge to investigate. Nuwa loses the Monster Summoning Banner under mysterious circumstances, though Yang Jian initially struggles to believe the claim. 17
