The moment Dijun saw the black dragon reach Moon Star, he grew anxious. But Beichen had stopped him, and he couldn't go against his master's wishes.

All he could think about was how he wanted Beichen to finish speaking quickly, so he could go fight alongside Xihe.

"Dijun, there's no need to rush. Come watch the battle with me. We'll assess the black dragon's cultivation and decide what to do afterward!"

Dijun and Taiyi exchanged glances, unsure what Beichen had planned. For a moment, they were both anxious and confused.

Over the past hundred years together, the two sun gods had grown quite attached to the Moon Star Goddesses. Now, they were extremely worried about their safety.

How could Beichen not know that? He glanced at the two behind him and smiled faintly.

"My disciples, if you want to accomplish great things, you must learn to keep your composure!"

"If you rescue the Moon Star Goddesses, they'll owe you their lives. If you drive the black dragon off the moment you arrive, what merit will you earn?"

"Besides, with your current strength, the two of you are no match for the black dragon! This dragon, Mo Yuan, comes from the Dragon-Phoenix Initial Tribulation. Back on Moon Star, waves of black dragon aura blossomed. The net formed by the Moon Star Annihilation Divine Ball was actually forced back by the black light and fell toward Changxi instead.

Changxi's pretty face filled with shock. She hurriedly retreated, but the net shrank wildly, crashed into the Annihilation Divine Ball, and slammed into her chest.

Changxi's face paled, and blood trickled from the corner of her mouth.

Not daring to delay, Changxi landed beside Xihe. The two stared at the black dragon in terror.
