The purple scar was right before his eyes.
Duanmu Huai sat on a chair made from a heap of battered garbage, staring at the enormous rift before him. A melodious, cheerful tune echoed in his mind, while the Orks' thunderous chanting filled him with a surge of hot-blooded excitement. Ever since leaving the planet and embarking on this Great WAAAAAAGH crusade, he had remained in this state of feverish exhilaration. He wanted to kill something, then smash something else.
He could feel the throbbing and roaring coming from within the rift, which had gotten him as excited as the Greenskin Orcs. During this period, Duanmu Huai had kept fighting. He would find the leaders of those Ork clans, beat them up, then lead them while promising them a grand WAAAAAAGH crusade. He repeated this process until, by now, he had assembled a huge army!
"All right, we're here!"
Duanmu Huai rose to his feet and pointed grandly ahead.
"That's where the Crown is. I can feel it. There are lots and lots of fellows inside trying to stop us, but they can't hold us back! We'll go wherever we want! Nothing can stop us!"
"WAAAAAAGH!"
The Orks raised their hands and cheered loudly. Whatever the Orcish Crown truly was, every Ork could at least sense its existence. In the past, they would have fought one another over the Crown. But now, they merely followed the Big Iron Guy, wanting to watch him put it on.
"Smash anything that gets in our way!"
"WAAAAAAAGH!"
"Beat down anything that blocks us!"
"WAAAAAAAGH!"
"Boss, what if they don't stop us?"
One Ork asked curiously, slurring badly, and Duanmu Huai responded by smacking it across the face.
"Then beat them down anyway!"
"WAAAAAAAGH!"
"Remember, if you see it, beat it down! No exceptions!"
"WAAAAAAAGH!"
