He then reunited Ah Rou and Xiao Wu and arranged for them to infiltrate Nuoding Academy and target Tang San, leaving with a clue about Xiao Wu’s father and the Lake of Life.

• Ye Tian removed Ah Yin and her soul bone from the Water Curtain Cave, leaving a landmine that gravely wounded Tang Hao when he returned.
• Tang San arrived at Nuoding Academy, became Yu Xiaogang’s disciple, and met Xiao Wu, who defeated him and gave him a Bone-Melting Pill.
• Tang San failed to absorb the Mandala Snake’s spirit ring and settled for a Ten-Year Lone Bamboo ring, while Xiao Wu revealed her strength and won the work-study students’ wager.
• Ye Tian and Bibi Dong fought and subdued a Hundred-Thousand-Year Slime in Death Canyon, then fused their Martial Souls before Ye Tian continued taming it.

Ye Tian returned from Death Canyon with a transformed Martial Soul, new abilities, and pills that astonished Qian Renxue and the Worship Hall. As he investigated Bibi Dong’s hidden past and Qian Renxue’s origins, Bibi Dong finally confronted Qian Renxue with a bloodstained painting and a startling admission.

• Bibi Dong and Ye Tian left Death Canyon after Ye Tian reached level seventy-seven, and he returned to Spirit City with new growth abilities and a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring and Soul Bone.
• Ye Tian reunited with Hu Liena, Qian Renxue, and Jin Yue’er, then demonstrated pills that temporarily raised Jin Yue’er and Qian Renxue’s cultivation and revealed his God-tier Martial Soul.
