The Charlotte Family began as Charlotte Linlin’s enormous group of children and their pirate household. The family included dozens of brothers and sisters, while Linlin’s husband and Mousse’s father was never seen. Despite Linlin’s volatile behavior, the family maintained more unity than many royal families because Perospero and Katakuri protected and managed their younger siblings 1 2.

Linlin eventually established Totto Land and transformed from a wandering bandit into a settled ruler.
