Mousse trained Kuina and Zoro, negotiated with the Revolutionary Army, and helped save Fisher Tiger while guiding Fish-Men toward Totto Land. As the Flower Kingdom defeated the World Government’s forces, political loyalties shifted and Mousse learned that the Celestial Dragons’ national treasure could control minds near Mary Geoise.

• Mousse challenged Kuina’s belief that she could not become a Grand Swordmaster, helped her rebuild her physical foundation, and trained her and Zoro in Observation Haki.
• Mousse met Dragon, Ivankov, and Kuma, preserved Sabo in the Book World, and debated the Revolutionary Army’s goals and plans for a society after the Celestial Dragons’ rule.
• Law operated on Sabo, who woke with his memories lost, while Mousse preserved Fisher Tiger’s life and brought him to Totto Land, where Tiger chose to encourage Fish-Men to immigrate.
• Praline demonstrated her strength against Arlong and Jinbe, then accepted Jinbe’s training in Fish-Man Karate and Observation Haki.
• Li Dayong’s Sun Moon Society repelled the Five Nations Alliance, and Huo Lisha killed Sakazuki before Li Dayong led the Flower Kingdom to conquer the alliance and extend its influence across West Blue.
• The Five Elders struggled to respond to the Flower Kingdom, while Aokiji and several Marines drew closer to the Revolutionary Army and the World Government failed to find an A-rank recruit.
• Stussy revealed that Aokiji had defied orders, Garp had retired, and Kizaru was controlling the first half of the Grand Line alone.

Mousse’s family and allies faced the World Government’s use of Uranus, and he destroyed Mary Geoise after the weapon devastated West Blue. As the world’s powers reshaped their territories, Mousse built alliances and recruited new companions before meeting Nico Robin in Alabasta.

• Mousse helped Katakuri recover Charlotte Amande’s memories, turned Doflamingo and much of his family into Homies, and brought Dressrosa into Totto Land’s orbit.
• Mousse went to Elbaf to stop Lola’s unwanted marriage, changed the sizes of Loki and Lola, and agreed to marry Horace, whom he gave the Weapon-Weapon Fruit.
• At the wedding, Mousse exposed Teach’s ability to wield multiple Devil Fruits and captured Kaido’s soul before releasing him for Linlin’s sake.
• When Uranus unleashed a tsunami on West Blue, Mousse saw the devastation and survivors, then attacked Mary Geoise with Xuanhuang and Horace until the Holy Land and nearby Marine bases were destroyed.
• Mousse discovered the Eve Tree’s crown had broken, rescued Fish-Man Island’s residents, and blasted several passages through the Red Line with Horace and Amon.
• Mousse rejected Dragon’s proposal for a new World Government, while the Revolutionary Army fractured and regional powers fought over territory, after his honeymoon, Mousse checked Vinsmoke Judge’s expansion and took Reiju onto his team.
• Mousse defeated Gecko Moria, recruited Perona and Marianne, and chose not to save Alabasta after finding its military and society too weakened to resist invasion.
• Mousse went to Alabasta to locate its Poneglyph and reunited with Nico Robin, carrying her into his private space.
