• Beibei’s Martial Soul awakening revealed Lu Jing’s World-Destroying Black Lotus, and Lu Jing fled into the Star Dou Great Forest as Beibei and Tang Ya pursued him.
• Wang Dong’er joined the pursuit, but Lu Jing challenged Beibei’s judgment of him before a wave of cold froze them all and Sky Dream Ice Silkworm chose Lu Jing for his Sacrifice.
• Lu Jing gained a Soul Ring and World-Destroying Ice Shield, but a black-robed Soul Sage attacked, and Tang Ya died, and the clash sent Lu Jing, Beibei, Wang Dong’er, and the man in black through a spatial rift.
• Qian Daoliu and Qian Renxue found the group in the forest, where Lu Jing revealed that Spirit Hall had fallen and that they had traveled ten thousand years into the past.

Tang San and the God of Destruction searched the lower realm for Tang Wutong while Gu Yuena concealed herself in the Star Dou Great Forest. Ten thousand years in the past, Lu Jing and Wang Dong'er settled into Spirit Hall, where Lu Jing drew the attention of Qian Renxue and Bibi Dong as they sought strength and a way home.

• Tang San and the God of Destruction descended to the Star Dou Great Forest, found no trace of Tang Wutong, and split up to search other worlds while Gu Yuena stayed hidden.
• Wang Dong'er and Lu Jing arrived in ancient Spirit City, agreed to work together, and took up rooms in the Worship Hall under Qian Renxue's watch.
• Lu Jing and Wang Dong'er bought Ten Thousand Year Whale Rubber with Qian Renxue's help, and Lu Jing used his World-Destroying Black Lotus to refine its power while Qian Renxue strengthened herself with her share.

Lu Jing brought Wang Dong'er and Xiao Wu into the conflict around Tang San, secured allies and powerful resources, and inherited the God of Destruction. After Wang Dong'er activated the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud and received the Sea God's recognition, Lu Jing left for the Far North while she waited with Qian Renxue and Xiao Wu.

• Lu Jing and Wang Dong'er traveled to Nuoding City, where Lu Jing found Tang San's awakening record and led Wang Dong'er to Ah Yin's cave to claim her body and spirit bone.
• Lu Jing took Xiao Wu from Nuoding Academy and persuaded her to join them, then brought her and Wang Dong'er to Heaven Dou City.

• Lu Jing and Tian Meng found the Ice Empress, but the Snow Empress confronted them before the Ice Empress accepted their claim that they came from the future.
• Lu Jing proved his origins by showing the past Tian Meng and his Soul Ring, then the Ice Empress and Tian Meng sacrificed themselves to him as Snow Empress stabilized the ritual.
• Lu Jing invited Snow Empress to leave the Far North and promised to revive her in a godly body, and she agreed to cooperate with him.
• Lu Jing reunited with Wang Dong'er and Qian Renxue in Heaven Dou City, then traveled with Wang Dong'er and Snow Empress to Vast Sea City and boarded a ship for Sea God Island.
• Snow Empress fought the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King until Wang Dong'er used the Heart of the Sea God to summon the Sea God's will and drive the whale away.
• At Sea God Island, Snow Empress repelled Little White and the Seven Sacred Pillars Douluo until Lu Jing showed the Heart of the Sea God and Sea Dragon Douluo allowed the group to land.
