• Houyi followed the Demon Race aura to a cliff, where several members of the Wu fought a Spiny Scale Beast as three Demon Race cultivators watched.

Their battle escalated as Houyi’s arrows and earth-element power challenged Yayu, and it ended with both sides’ attacks shattering in a blinding clash.

• Houyi reunited with Wu Qi, Huoyan, and Tushi, learning that the Life Divine Vine and about seventy drops of the tribe’s Essence Blood had survived the Beast Tide.
