Human World, Melk Mountain Range.

Melk II stood atop the mountain with Coco, who had arrived aboard Emperor Crow. As they looked at the land on the other side of the range, their expressions turned strange.

The Melk Mountain Range was an enormous mountain chain and a natural border between several kingdoms.

North of the mountains lay a vast inland basin, home to six oasis nations and regions. From Knife Edge Peak in the Melk Mountain Range, two oasis kingdoms could be seen.

However, those oasis kingdoms had now been annexed by the Human Reform League.

Holding a telescope, Coco observed the changes to the north while asking Melk II, "Ms. Melk, have you noticed anything unusual over the past few days?"

"On my way back to the Melk Mountain Range from the Gourmet Festival, I discovered that the two northern oasis cities had been covered by unusual plants."

Through his telescope, Coco saw the condition of the two oasis cities.

Massive emerald-green trees had completely enveloped the cities. Centered around the cities, emerald-green grasslands stretched roughly fifty kilometers outward.

Coco lowered his telescope and picked up the Quicksand Basin intelligence file in his hand, which contained introductions to the two oasis cities.

"The oasis area has expanded by around eighty-three percent, and the entire city seems to have become one whole—one that is alive." Coco's eyes could perceive special electromagnetic waves.

He observed that the forms of the two oasis cities had become extremely peculiar.

"Ms. Melk, could I trouble you with something?"

Melk II did not refuse. "Mr. Coco, there is no need to be so polite. As long as it is within my capabilities, I will definitely help."

"I would like to borrow your flying pet to take me to Yaling."

Melk II froze for a moment,
