Gelman manifested the Meat Saw and Shotgun Handgun, held them in his hands, and slowly circled around the Flesh, watching its movements.
This was an incredibly powerful opponent—the strongest enemy he had ever faced. There was no such thing as being too cautious.
The Flesh Monsters surrounding them surged like a tide. Some were entangled with Ging and the remains of the Greater Species; the rest were so cowed by the Flesh and Gelman's presence that they didn't dare come closer.
Everyone knew that approaching this place meant death.
A wide stretch of flat ground, just right for a battlefield, was laid bare.
The Flesh approached at an unhurried pace. Its scarlet eyes fixed on Gelman for a moment before it suddenly raised its left hand, a flower of flesh. A tongue shot out from between its closely packed teeth!
The tongue was pink and long. It darted out and immediately wrapped around Gelman's foot before he could dodge or block it.
The Flesh yanked hard, sending Gelman tumbling and sliding toward it.
Then it raised its right hand, gripping a long crimson spear, and thrust it forward with a whoosh, aiming for Gelman's chest!

This time, Gelman reacted in time. As if he'd anticipated the attack, he used the flat of the Meat Saw to block the crimson spear, sending sparks flying!
His right hand struggled to hold the Meat Saw in place while his left raised the Shotgun Handgun and fired at the Flesh's chest with a bang!
Gelman's strength was now worlds apart from what it had been, and the Shotgun Handgun's power had naturally risen far beyond that of ordinary firearms.
