The afternoon sun slanted westward, its light breaking through the balcony glass and invading the hotel suite lined with white tiles.
The three were still eating, but they were nearly full.
Biscuit continued the topic they'd been discussing.
"Of course, to be safe, we'd better avoid mentioning certain important terms in the chat group. We should be as discreet as possible."
"We should also share information in printed form whenever possible. The chat group is just for convenience, so we don't have to notify everyone one by one."
"We'll make a group, then." Gelman made the final decision.
Shizuku had no objections, so the matter was settled, and Biscuit was put in charge of setting it up.
After lunch—or perhaps afternoon tea—Biscuit did indeed spend half an hour creating an anonymous chat group and inviting Gelman and Shizuku to join.
Gelman and Shizuku didn't need to enter any personal information. They just had to register an account.
After joining the group, which was called "Girl's Dream Factory," Gelman saw that Biscuit, the group owner, had proactively made him an administrator.
So Gelman changed the group's name to "Post Carriage."
"Huh?" Biscuit complained, clasping her hands together in a cute pose. "Gelman, why change the name? The old one was so lovely and fitting."
Shizuku, meanwhile, was focused on something else. "Why call it 'Post Carriage'?"
Gelman explained, "We've come together with the shared goal of exploring the Dark Continent, and we'll set out using the Teleport Lantern. A place like this should be called..."
Before he could finish, Shizuku supplied, "'Post Carriage.' I understand. It's a metaphor."
"I still like 'Girl's Dream Factory.'" Biscuit pouted, but no one paid any attention to her sulking.
With two votes in favor and one against, "Post Carriage Group" was settled as the name.
