Looking down at Kular, who stood below, Arthur's expression remained calm as he asked in an even voice.

After taking control of the Emerald World and becoming its Master, Arthur had fallen asleep in the heart of the Emerald World. He had only just awakened now.

Throughout that long stretch of time, he had not returned to the Wizard World, so naturally he knew little about its current situation.

In fact, ever since he had left the Wizard World, the people who had once been in the Emerald Tower had handled just about everything there.

Of them, the two Elders of the Emerald Tower were still stationed in the Wizard World and had yet to return.

Below, Kular listened to Arthur's words, his expression calm as he stood there and began his report.

Before Arthur and the many powerful figures present, he recounted all the changes the Wizard World had undergone over the years.

Like the Emerald World, the Wizard World had changed enormously.

Back when Arthur had just entered the High Domain, some powerful beings hidden behind the Wizard World had already begun to act, driving the development of the entire world.

A future war between the Wizard World and the Calamity World was inevitable. All powerful wizards agreed on this.

The many wizards had begun preparing for that coming war.

Long ago, to cultivate the next generation of the Wizard World, those powerful wizards had traveled far and wide, working tirelessly toward that goal.

Now, tens of thousands of years later, the entire Wizard World had undergone a complete transformation.

Back when Arthur was still active in the High Domain, hardly any Sixth Order beings had come out into the open in the Wizard World, apart from those hidden behind the scenes.
