"What are you staring at me for?" Utatane Koharu saw Uchiha Dan stop working, her eyes blazing with fury as she snapped, "Truly an evil Uchiha brat."

"Elder Utatane, from the day I left the Uchiha Clan grounds, I've had no connection to the Uchiha Clan." Uchiha Dan wanted nothing more than to turn hostile and kill this wretched woman on the spot, but he held back and explained.

"So what if I have a temper? Even a clay figurine has some pride. Is this your attitude when asking someone for help?"

"Aren't you going to kill me? Fine, go ahead!"

Uchiha Dan spread his arms wide, looking as if he was at her mercy.

But in his heart, he thought, I bet you, old hag, won't make a move.

If you really do, I won't hold back either—I'll kill you on the spot.

"The Pharmaceutical Department? What's he doing there?"

"Helping the village develop new medicines." Kawaina answered truthfully. "Many of the village's effective medicines over the years, as well as the antidotes needed at the front lines, were made with Doctor Dan's help."

"But..." Kawaina hesitated for a moment, then, seeing no one around, lowered her voice.

"But every time Doctor Dan comes back from the Pharmaceutical Department, he's in a terrible mood, and for the next few days, his temper is really bad. Usually, we just steer clear of him."

"That guy has such a good attitude. What could happen to make him that angry?" Tsunade asked, puzzled.

"We wouldn't dare to guess. We're just ordinary nurses; we don't dare ask about high-level matters."

"Alright, go eat first!"

After dismissing Kawaina, Tsunade fell into thought.

She knew the head of Konoha's Medical Department was Utatane Koharu, and the Pharmaceutical Department was under the Medical Department.

So every time Uchiha Dan went to the Pharmaceutical Department, he was dealing with Utatane Koharu?

Uchiha Dan pulled out a scroll and recorded the formula needed for the Antidote, the proportions of each medicinal ingredient, and the detailed production steps.

After finishing all this, Uchiha Dan didn't greet anyone and went straight home.

Hope Tsunade would put in some effort!
