Eight hundred years ago, twenty kings joined together to establish the World Government. They occupied the only continent in the world and made Mary Geoise the World Government's headquarters. Nineteen of the twenty royal families moved to Mary Geoise in their entirety.
From that moment on, Mary Geoise was given the honorific title of "Holy Land," and the descendants of the nineteen kings began calling themselves "descendants of the creators." Thus, the Celestial Dragons came into being.

By now, the World Government had become the undisputed ruler of the world, and the Celestial Dragons were known far and wide as the world's nobility.

"I think I'll pass! I still have a throne waiting for me back home. Besides, the World Government belongs to the Five Elders and the Celestial Dragons. I doubt I'll find a suitable chair here for my backside." Aleus grinned, showing teeth so white they almost dazzled.
