The two Legendary Pokémon watched the improper display of affection below—the majestic sun deity sprawled beside the human boy like a big cat begging to be petted, while the boy buried his face in the legendary mane without the slightest restraint—and exchanged complicated, vaguely amused looks.

Fine, they should leave.

If they stayed any longer, the two "real parents" would only seem superfluous.

Before leaving, however, they caught the intense emotion concealed in Yan Yang's earlier words—a longing mixed with yearning, regret, and eager anticipation.

"That boy from another world just now... Ash. You seem to... like him very much. Do you long for the world he comes from?"

Yan Yang had been immersed in the joy of petting the big lion. At the question, he froze and lifted his head.

Right. These two guardians had been watching everything unfold. It was only natural that they had noticed what Ash had done and his departure.

He nodded, his gaze clear as he answered honestly. "Yeah, I guess so. Even though we came from different worlds, the experience of fighting side by side was precious. Honestly, I really want to visit his world, see different sights, and maybe even have another battle... Unfortunately, I've never found a stable way to travel between the two worlds. Otherwise, I definitely would've gone to visit him."

The two exchanged a look and communicated briefly through their thoughts, seemingly reaching some sort of agreement.

"Actually..." Solgaleo in the sky slowly spoke. "It isn't as though there's no way."

Huh? There really was a way?

Yan Yang immediately thought of that bizarre Ultra Space.

"Correct." Lunala took over. "Ultra Space is not merely a network connecting anomalous points throughout our world. It also links world nodes with similar characteristics of an 'Ultimate Aura.' Though the spaces
