Spirit Dimension: Bluffing Groudon from the Start

They're all rewritten. Right now, I only have three chapters in reserve.

One thing worth mentioning is that I saw some readers in the comments saying each chapter was too short.

So after the story goes premium, each chapter will be longer, so everyone can enjoy reading more comfortably!

Starting at midnight tonight, I'll post the three chapters I have saved, plus whatever I can write from now until then. I'll put up as many as I can.

I've taken the whole day off tomorrow specifically to write chapters for the launch.

The minimum is ten chapters, each 3,000 words. In the first 24 hours after launch, I'll update at least 30,000 words!

That's sincere enough, right?

Next, here's the daily update schedule after the launch.

First of all, each chapter will be over 3,000 words. I'll still guarantee at least 10,000 words a day, but I'll try to build up a backlog and have a little burst on the weekends.

What I can promise everyone is that as long as I get enough support through subscriptions, I'll work harder and put more thought into writing and plotting.

Subscribing to one chapter costs just a few cents. Let's say it's five cents. Of course, since each chapter is a bit longer—3,000 words per chapter—reading one will cost ten cents. At the guaranteed three chapters a day, or 10,000 words, that's 90 chapters a month. I spend a lot of time every day researching, planning the plot, and writing. Staying up late is a regular thing.

Gu Yuanfang took his hand away from Persian's head and thought to himself.

"Yuanfang, what do you think?"

Seeing Gu Yuanfang too stunned to say anything, Su Yi suddenly remembered an old meme and joked.

"Stop, stop! You even pulled out the 'Yuanfang, what do you think?' bit. Fine, I agree. If you really graduate early from Jingtian Academy, you'll be the first in history. You'll have broken another record."

Gu Yuanfang pointed at the keyboard and typed away.

He asked Su Yi for his student ID during the process, then pressed Enter.

"Okay, done. That Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon of yours hasn't hatched yet, right? I've always wanted a Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon, but the old man never lets me get one. Once yours grows up, you've got to let your buddy get a good look."

Gu Yuanfang handed Su Yi's student ID back and stretched in his chair.

A Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon Egg?

After saying goodbye to Gu Yuanfang, Su Yi went to the classroom.

Class had already started.

The teacher was explaining various Water Type Pokémon moves at the front of the classroom, with Blastoise beside him.

When he saw Su Yi standing at the door, the teacher joked without waiting for Su Yi to introduce himself.

He waved Su Yi inside.

When Yan Yuzhu saw Su Yi, her pretty eyes visibly lit up. She wanted to invite him to sit beside her and Heracross, but she felt too shy to do so.

Su Yi looked around and noticed no one seemed to be sitting beside Yan Yuzhu. He liked the look of her, so he called out his Ampharos and sat down beside Yan Yuzhu and Heracross with it.

"Interesting. Su Yi, the big shot, is sitting next to Yan Yuzhu. Heh."

"Let's watch the show, haha. Luo Jing's father runs the Shangjing Gym. I bet he'll challenge Su Yi."

"Who doesn't like a pretty girl? But there are the most rich young guys who like someone like Yan Yuzhu: she has a good background, comes from a well-off family, is pretty, and has a gentle personality."

"Hey, I don't agree with that. Su Yi has a Champion for a sister, after all. The Shangjing Gym Leader is one of the strongest Gym Leaders, sure, but he's still just a Champion, isn't he?"

It was free discussion time. After using Blastoise to explain the Water Type moves, the teacher let everyone talk freely.

The teacher didn't care what the students discussed. They were university students and knew what they should and shouldn't do. They weren't little kids anymore.

Classes at Spirit University were a little more relaxed than those at Pokémon high schools, but graduation requirements were absolutely strict.

The teacher brought his Pokémon to class, and the students brought their Pokémon to listen in, too.

But if a student's Pokémon caused trouble in class, there would be no leniency. The matter would be dealt with strictly.

Yan Yuzhu heard the people around her talking and glanced secretly at Su Yi. She saw him typing something on a laptop.

Yan Yuzhu felt a little disappointed.

The Shiny Ampharos nodded happily.

Su Yi glanced at the teacher's notes on the blackboard and found them uninteresting. He already knew all this. Anyone who had played Pokémon games for a while would know most of these points.

Unfortunately, for some reason, this world didn't have those kinds of games.

The Pokémon notebook was something he'd bought on a whim. Su Yi began writing up a Pokémon Research Summary on the topic of "Unknown Evolutions of Known Pokémon."

It covered both Evolution and Mega Evolution.

Yan Yuzhu glanced at it, then realized Su Yi was writing a Pokémon Research Summary. She immediately looked at him with admiration.

After spending the morning experiencing a class at Spirit University, class finally ended. Just as Su Yi was about to leave with Yan Yuzhu, someone came over.

Luo Jing.

Luo Jing had felt terrible all morning.

Yan Yuzhu had said she didn't want anyone sitting beside her and disturbing her during class.

With Yan Yuzhu's looks, Luo Jing pursuing her, and plenty of empty seats in the classroom, no one had ever sat next to her.

Luo Jing had tried to sit there himself and been turned down.

Luo Jing hadn't cared when Su Yi came to class.

Su Yi was indeed impressive, but that had nothing to do with him.

But Su Yi had sat beside Yan Yuzhu, and she hadn't refused him.

That made Luo Jing uncomfortable.

He unconsciously ignored Yan Yuzhu's request not to have anyone sit beside her and disturb her during class.

Su Yi had sat there, but he hadn't disturbed her.

In fact, he'd spent most of the class typing on his laptop.

Yan Yuzhu herself had glanced over at Su Yi several times. He really had been focused on writing his summary.

When Su Yi saw someone blocking their way, he assumed the person was looking for Yan Yuzhu and reflexively tried to leave.

But when he changed direction, the man blocked him again.

"Hey, I'm Luo Jing. You know who I am, right?"

Luo Jing wasn't bragging. They'd only been in class for two days, but there were very few people who didn't know him—except Su Yi.

And Su Yi plainly didn't know him.

Su Yi didn't react at all. He didn't even raise his eyes, and seemed to be thinking about something else.

After all, most people's Pokémon had Green Qualification.

Only a small number had Pokémon with Blue Qualification.

Being poor was a sin.

Luo Jing's eyes lit up. Good, Su Yi had brought up Gold Coins. If he liked money, maybe Yan Yuzhu would think differently of him.

Thinking this, Luo Jing looked over at Yan Yuzhu. Her expression hadn't changed at all.

There wasn't much point in going to class. It was mostly for the novelty. He could go occasionally if he felt like it in the future. After all, he'd already been granted special privileges.

Frogadier, Combusken, Ampharos, Vibrava, Larvitar, and Beldum all appeared.
