Nara Kensuke furrowed his brow. He hadn't expected his group to have been found out after all.
In theory, no one could break the Yamanaka Clan's secret techniques. Outsiders shouldn't have been able to detect anything amiss.
Unless someone had seen through their intentions by reading the overall situation.
"How is that possible?" Nara Kensuke found it hard to believe.
They crashed through the wall and retreated into the courtyard. Before he could look up, a rain of kunai came pouring down on them.
"Boring tricks." The Nara Clan jonin formed hand seals, and the shadow beneath him immediately stretched out. Like tentacles, shadow threads formed a sealed net around them.

"Nara Kensuke." Kyosuke stood on the rooftop and immediately identified him. "A jonin of the Nara Clan. He was in charge of the pursuit operation before."
"Mm." Uchiha Madara nodded silently, his presence already locking onto the enemy.
As the Young Clan Head, it was his duty to protect his clanmates.
There was no way he could let the enemy succeed today. In fact, he had Kyosuke to thank.
If Kyosuke hadn't come rushing to find him, Madara couldn't even imagine what might have happened.

"I can't let him keep this up." Kyosuke's gaze darkened as his Sharingan flared crimson.
He tracked the enemy's movements, rapidly formed hand seals, and shot forward like a streak of light, heading straight for Nara Kensuke, who was kneeling on the ground.
"So fast!" Nara Kensuke's eyes flew wide.
He hadn't expected a little brat of six or seven to use such a terrifying Body Flicker Technique.
Caught off guard, he had no time to change his move. His shadow couldn't move fast enough to keep up with the Body Flicker.
At the critical moment, a figure suddenly appeared in front of Nara Kensuke.
Using his own flesh and blood, the man took the lethal blow for him.

Ninja combat depended on striking after the enemy, countering their moves, and finding openings in their defenses. Most shinobi followed that principle.
Besides, Kyosuke's body wouldn't let him use the Body Flicker Technique a second time.
"Ugh!" In the distance, the Yamanaka Clan jonin suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood.
The Mind Body Switch Technique was powerful, especially in one-on-one combat, where its lethality was terrifying.

"You little bastard, you're asking for it!" The bloodied Yamanaka jonin barely managed to turn aside, avoiding the vital spots where a touch would mean death.
As for the rest of his body, he wasn't going to survive anyway. He could take a few more wounds.
All he wanted was to take this gifted little brat with him before he died.

He formed the last hand seal of his life. His vision was already blurring, but a mocking smile tugged at his lips.
"Come to hell with me."
Just as his spirit left his body and tried to "drill" into his opponent, there was a poof. The 'Kyosuke' in front of him vanished in a cloud of smoke.
A clone?!
The jonin was horrified. At the very end of his life, he'd been thoroughly fooled by a child.
Under normal circumstances, an ordinary Clone Technique could hardly fool an experienced jonin.
But he was too badly injured. He couldn't even make out his opponent's figure, let alone tell the difference.
"Heh. I suppose this is what I get for playing with people's minds."
After the Mind Body Switch Technique failed, his spirit would remain outside his body for a long time. That gave the boy enough time to kill him over and over.
Whoosh! A blade flashed, spraying blood into the air.

With this unlucky jonin added to the tally, his points were back above 5,000.

"Your comrade is dead. Are you still going to resist?" Kyosuke tried to pressure the enemy.
"Ridiculous. We never thought we'd leave here alive." Nara Kensuke wasn't falling for that.
He was just about to turn and deal with Kyosuke when a tremendous boom sounded behind him.
Uchiha Madara's battle was over.
