Learning the Flying Thunder God Technique meant he could start trying to mark space-time coordinates.
By activating the power of space, one could teleport instantly over a long distance, from Point A to Point B. That was the essence of the Flying Thunder God Technique.
Of course, putting it into practice was nowhere near that simple. Otherwise, Shiranui Genma wouldn't have spent decades without making any progress.
Kyosuke had been engrossed in understanding the technique when he suddenly turned toward the tent behind him and to the side.
"Who's there?!"
The Shisui Style Body Flicker Technique activated, and he darted toward the enemy's location, leaving only a blur behind.
Secretly monitoring the Deputy Legion Commander already amounted to suspected treason. He could kill the intruder on the spot, and no one would have a thing to say about it.
Most importantly, Kyosuke hadn't sensed the intruder's presence at all.

Kyosuke's shout stirred the entire camp into a commotion.

He was certain that the man had been a member of the Uchiha. He had told his subordinates to investigate, but he knew perfectly well they wouldn't uncover anything useful.
In the end, the intelligence department would conclude that the man had been controlled by the Yamanaka Clan's secret technique.
To everyone else, that would seem like the most reasonable explanation.
But Kyosuke knew the truth couldn't be that simple.
His strength was now far beyond what it had once been. The boost from his dual souls gave him perception that far surpassed that of an ordinary ninja.
Within twenty meters, he could sense even an ant crawling by.
So how could an ordinary Chunin have hidden outside his tent for so long?
"Could it be Black Zetsu?" Kyosuke lowered his eyes, doing his best to hide the murderous intent surging within him.
He was afraid the enemy was still nearby, watching him.
If it really was Black Zetsu, it wouldn't be hard to understand.
That old schemer was constantly plotting against the Uchiha, hoping to find Indra's reincarnation.

Even Yang Power Naruto, mighty as he was, needed the Black Rod to pin Black Zetsu in place when fighting him.
As for techniques like the Expansion Jutsu and the Shadow Secret Technique, they were merely applications of Yang Release Chakra and Yin Release Chakra. In essence, they were no different from Fire Release or Lightning Release.
Otherwise, the Senju wouldn't have had only Hashirama awaken the Wood Release secret technique.
Back on his bed, Kyosuke continued to study the technique.
There were two main difficulties in learning the Flying Thunder God Technique.

The night passed quickly. After staying up all night, Kyosuke finally completed his first teleportation.

Kyosuke found the camp quartermaster, explained what he needed, and sketched the Kunai's shape from memory.
When the quartermaster saw what he wanted, he asked in puzzlement, "Sir, these Kunai don't seem very practical for combat."

In close combat, they would indeed hinder the user's agility.
"Just make them," Kyosuke said, offering no explanation. He couldn't exactly tell the man they weren't meant for combat at all.
They were wide so he could mark coordinates on them. Their weight would affect their range and stability, making them less likely to veer off course.
Using his position as Legion Commander, he gave the logistics department a strict order: they had three days to produce a batch of Kunai.
If they took any longer, the enemy might flee as an entire clan.
Then how would he set up Uchiha Hikari?
To achieve his goal of eliminating his rivals, Kyosuke planned to strike a deal with Naruto Higashihiko.
They would meet at Naruto Higashihiko's camp. With the Flying Thunder God Technique at his disposal, Kyosuke wasn't afraid of anything going wrong.
By now, the Three Clans had already lost. Struggling in vain would only drag all their clansmen down with them.
