Minamoto Takuya VS Obito Uchiha

Minamoto Takuya's lips curled upward. He did not doubt that Nagato would still cooperate with Obito Uchiha in the future, but the thought that they would probably find it difficult to reconcile later made him want to laugh.

At that moment, he weighed the kunai in his hand and spoke.

"The ninjutsu you used to evade my kunai just now was Time-Space Ninjutsu, wasn't it? That's quite a rare thing. If possible, could you teach it to me? If you can, I can collect one less special creature."

"Impossible!"

Obito Uchiha said directly, "This is not a ninjutsu you can learn."

Minamoto Takuya naturally knew it was impossible. He merely wanted to flesh out the persona he had come up with on a whim, so he said it casually.

Kamui was not an ability that was easy to counter. Even Water Release—Water Blade Rotation Technique could not be maintained at all times.

He felt somewhat regretful. He had not yet reached the point where he could use Lightning Release to accelerate his reactions. Otherwise, even without any other backup plans against Obito Uchiha, things would have been much easier.

On the other side, Nagato listened to their conversation and could not help glancing at Obito Uchiha.

"Ninja Art—Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique!"

In an instant, the few shuriken transformed into countless shuriken, shooting toward Obito Uchiha like a sky full of stars.

"Useless." Obito Uchiha watched the countless shuriken fly toward him and spoke. He had no intention of dodging. The shuriken passed straight through his body and struck the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path behind him.

"Tsk, what troublesome Time-Space Ninjutsu." Minamoto Takuya clicked his tongue. He knew Kamui could not be maintained indefinitely, but the problem was that he had no way to sustain a continuous barrage of attacks, like Konan's one billion Explosive Tag detonations without a single gap.

Even if there were more shuriken created by the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, there would still be gaps. The other party could certainly take the opportunity to materialize, but he could not tell whether his opponent was currently tangible.

So, for now, he could not exploit Kamui's weakness of being unable to stay active forever.

"Your attacks have no effect on me. Are you still not giving up?" Obito Uchiha wanted to make him retreat.

"Tsk, I don't believe Time-Space Ninjutsu comes that cheaply." Minamoto Takuya formed seals with both hands. Since physical attacks would not work, he would use ninjutsu instead.

"Water Release—Water Torrent!"

"Earth Release—Rock Avalanche!"

"Lightning Release—Chisui!"

Countless ninjutsu poured from Minamoto Takuya's hands, but without exception, every one of them passed through the other party's body, achieving not the slightest effect.

Such hopeless attacks were truly tormenting.

Obito Uchiha occasionally used some Fire Style ninjutsu as though a cat toying with a mouse, but Minamoto Takuya dodged them easily as well.

Yet Minamoto Takuya had to dodge Obito Uchiha's attacks, while Obito Uchiha did not even need to move for Minamoto Takuya's attacks. Who held the upper hand was obvious at a glance!

At least, Konan watched the scene in astonishment. The Masked Man she had so easily captured could not injure the other Masked Man at all?

Though he was using Time-Space Ninjutsu to evade, the result of being completely helpless against his opponent was enough to make one despair.

He should give up, right?

Konan thought that if he kept this up, his chakra would soon run dry. When that happened, Obito Uchiha would definitely seize the chance to put Minamoto Takuya to death!

Obito Uchiha thought the same. He was draining Minamoto Takuya's chakra, occasionally mocking him aloud and provoking him into using even more ninjutsu against him.

The "provoked" Minamoto Takuya said nothing, only continuing to use ninjutsu.

What an idiot, Obito Uchiha thought. Looking at it this way, there seemed to be an explanation for why he had directly let Konan go earlier.

At that moment, powerful chakra erupted from Minamoto Takuya once more.
