He then joined Akatsuki’s effort to gather the Tailed Beasts, while Nagato turned against Madara Uchiha’s control and Konoha’s young team prepared for the Chunin Selection Exam.

• Minamoto Takuya developed the Neural Reflex Speed Technique, secured the Gelel Ore Vein for the Little Ten-Tails, and discovered that the Time-Space Hole could serve as a secret refuge and travel relay.
• Minamoto Takuya retired from Konoha, activated Rōran’s Dragon Vein, and became caught in a time loop that he escaped by hiding changes to the past.
• Minamoto Takuya spent years in Rōran mastering his Mangekyō Sharingan, awakening the Rinnegan, and feeding the Little Ten-Tails with the Dragon Vein and Tailed Beast chakra.
