These Bloodsail beauties were all mages, and every one of them had a large-area AOE skill. The ice mage's area-of-effect spells were:
Blizzard: Rank 3
74% of base Mana Value; 40-yard range.
Channeled; 3-minute cooldown.
Shards of ice rained down from above, dealing 736 Frost Damage to enemies in the target area over 8 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 80%.
Frost Nova: Rank 3
7% of base Mana Value; 25-yard range.
Instant cast; 3-minute cooldown.
A shockwave struck all enemies near the caster, dealing 52 to 58 Frost Damage and freezing them in place for up to 8 seconds. Damage dealt to a frozen target could break the effect.
The other nine Fire Element mages had these large-area skills:
Flame Strike: Rank 4
35% of base Mana Value; 40-yard range.
2-second cast; 3-minute cooldown.
Summoned a pillar of fire, dealing 220 to 272 Flame Damage to all enemies in the area and an additional 196 Flame Damage over 8 seconds.
Shockwave: Rank 3
7% of base Mana Value.
Instant cast; 3-minute cooldown; 25-yard range.
The caster unleashed a wave of fire. All enemies hit took 277 to 329 Flame Damage, were knocked back, and were stunned for 6 seconds.
Each of the 16 mages could control the enemy for at least 6 seconds, and the ice mages' attacks also slowed them.
This was where Duncan deserved a special mention! In the game, he was just an ordinary quest monster, but the Duncan Sun Busong knew was a pirate!
Pirates were a combination of the Rogue and Hunter classes. They could attack from range, had powerful melee skills, and could bring pets along. There was even a soft-spoken young woman pirate in the Imperial Guard. (There had been two, but one had died in the Night Town battle.)
