Background / History
Heavy Fist was a Tauren abducted by humans and kept away from Thunder Bluff for more than a decade. His father’s dying wish was that he become a Shaman, a goal he retained after returning to his people. 57
Before formally joining Sun Busong, Heavy Fist was a significant Brotherhood figure known as the Tauren Punch Master. Sun Busong recruited him into the Imperial Guard and promised to bring him to Thunder Bluff once he reached Level 30 so he could pursue the Shaman profession. 20
Sun Busong secured Heavy Fist’s access to Thunder Bluff, where the Tauren experienced a powerful spiritual response to the Tauren Totem. Shadi then brought him before Elder Boram of the Starseeker Family, who tested his unusually broad elemental aptitude and sent him through the Earth Mother Ceremony trials. 56 57
Heavy Fist completed the Wailing Caverns Nightmare Trial at Level 29 despite its danger, then returned to Thunder Bluff to receive Shaman instruction. Sun Busong equipped him with a complete healing set and positioned him as the group’s primary healer. 59 60
Appearance
Heavy Fist is an exceptionally large Tauren. By the time he was widely known as Thunder Heavy Fist, he stood roughly two and a half meters tall, with horns exceeding fifty centimeters. 310
- His head is described as more than a meter wide. 334
- He once continuously wore a Mining Helmet to conceal his Tauren identity while operating with the Imperial Guard. 31
- His size made ordinary mounts look comical beneath him; he later favored an Armored Tyrannosaurus mount nearly four meters tall. 334
Personality
Heavy Fist is intensely loyal to Sun Busong, whom he consistently calls “Boss.” He regards life under Sun Busong as far better than his former existence in the Brotherhood, especially because Sun Busong provides him with equipment, food, and opportunities to grow stronger. 60
He is enthusiastic about food, loot, and adventure. Dragonhawk eggs immediately interest him as meals, while his luck and eagerness to search corpses make him the group’s habitual looter. 51 61 307
His loyalty does not always translate into discipline. He can be impulsive, argumentative, and dismissive of orders; after he and Chi Tao acted recklessly against the Harpies, Sun Busong fined them and temporarily removed their captain positions. 80 430
Abilities & Skills
Elemental Shamanism
Heavy Fist possesses talent across every tested Shaman element, including Earth, Ice, Fire, Wind, Wood, and Lightning. His actual professional advancement initially established him as a three-element Shaman. 57 60

- Can transform into a Ghost Wolf to rapidly reach endangered allies. 63
- Needed to return to Thunder Bluff every five levels to learn higher-level Shaman skills. 59
- Was later known for mastering Thunder Stomp to an exceptional degree. 309
Restoration Healing

Exceptional Luck and Loot Handling
