Sun Busong didn't know the exact details of Humar's magic resistance, but Fiery-eyed Moderus's spells had barely hurt him, dealing only a little over a hundred damage. To speed up their progress through the dungeon, Sun Busong joined the fight as well.

Fiery-eyed Moderus dropped a Blue Fine item when he died. Heavy Fist still couldn't equip it, so Sun Busong tossed it straight into the Space Bag.
They had cleared the passage on the left. Next, they retraced their steps and returned to the dungeon entrance.
The monsters here were seven or eight levels higher than the three of them, but Heavy Fist had talents in all three specializations. With Sun Busong, a total cheat, and Humar, a super pet, they were killing monsters several times faster than a normal party.
They headed down the passage on the right. The monsters here had changed to Bonecrusher Centurions—skeletons wearing armor—and another type of Elite Monster, the Icefrost Spirits, which were ghosts.
After Sun Busong and the others had killed four groups of monsters, the ground in the passage trembled slightly. A monster as huge as a mound of flesh lumbered toward them.
The Devourer was a level 37 Elite Boss, an Undead Abomination. Since he wasn't more than ten levels above Sun Busong, Sun Busong could see his level.
He had 210,000 health. The creature had been modified into a half-mechanical Abomination. One of his arms had been turned into a giant axe, and the other into a chainsaw.
Another arm had been grafted onto his head. It held a massive cleaver. He had only one eye; Sun Busong had no idea where the other one had gone.
