Since renting Quel'Danas, the goblins have been undertaking extensive construction on the island.
The original Sunwell was moved to Theramore by Jaina. They then rebuilt a well out of stone and passed it off as the Sunwell, since the Kael'thas who came here wouldn't know anything about it. They also built a large bathhouse next to the fake Sunwell, calling it the Sunwell's magical hot spring. Other projects such as a food street, shopping center, and nighttime themed street were quickly launched.
Meanwhile, in Silvermoon City, job postings were plastered everywhere. Many High Elf who couldn't find work went to the goblin recruitment office to inquire about opportunities, hoping for the best.
A young Elf asked the goblin, "What does this waiter do? Do you think I'd be suitable?"
The goblin HR, looking at the tall, beautiful Elf, smiled so broadly her eyes narrowed into slits, "No problem, no problem. The receptionist just stands at the shop entrance, attracting customers. Gender doesn't matter, just be young, pretty, and talkative. The basic salary isn't too high, but there's commission. As long as you get customers to spend money, you'll earn a hefty commission. Of course, if customers have other service requests, you can decide for yourself." She finished by winking, giving him a knowing look.
The Elf hesitated for a moment, then remembered that she had a sick mother and a young brother at home, so she registered as a receptionist with the goblins.
"Look, there's a registration area here," a male wanderer nearby tentatively asked, "What can I do?"
The goblin sized up the Elf Ranger: "There's a special job for you: entertaining noble ladies from Stormwind City."
"What?! I wouldn't do such a thing!" the male ranger said angrily, his feet seemingly glued to the ground.
The goblin was completely bewildered by the lecture. "I only meant having dinner and drinks with a noblewoman. What are you thinking? We have an agreement with His Majesty Kael'thas not to do anything beyond the bounds of morality and ethics."
"Really just a meal?" Upon hearing that it was merely dining with a human noblewoman, the male ranger was somewhat tempted. Jobs were hard to find in Silvermoon City these days. Since Kael'thas became king, he had reduced the size of his guard to save expenses, leaving many rangers and mages unemployed.
The goblin emphasized, "Just like the elf lady's job, the basic wage for accompanying women to meals is very low, but you can keep the tips. You should be able to please those ladies. You'll earn plenty of tips." He then winked.
The male ranger hesitated for only half a second before quickly signing the goblin's contract.
Seeing that both of them had signed, the other elves who were watching also rushed to sign contracts with the goblins, afraid that they would be too late and the recruitment would be full.
Just as things were getting lively, an angry shout rang out, "What are you doing? Have you forgotten the glory of Quel'dorei? Are you willing to be slaves to goblins for a few gold coins? You are desecrating elven culture!"
When everyone turned around, they saw an old elf standing behind them, cursing his fallen brethren.
Upon hearing this, the spirits involuntarily took a step back, as if they had stopped their path to depravity.
The goblin, seeing that the old man had ruined his business, wasn't angry. Instead, he politely called out to him, "Sir, would you like to apply for a job here? We happen to need someone fluent in High Elf who would suit you perfectly. 10 gold coins a month to teach a group of students Ancient Elvish. What do you think?"
The old elf started out angry, then surprised, then conflicted, and then became shy. The other elves watched his changing expressions, and slowly a look of sudden realization appeared on their faces.
After much hesitation, the old elf patted his empty pockets and finally asked, "Is it really about teaching students Elvish?"
"Yes, yes, yes, we have a contract. Don't worry, if there are any problems, you can complain to His Majesty the King," the goblin said confidently.
"Then, in order to spread Elvish to the world, I'm willing to make a sacrifice." With that, the old elf stepped forward and signed the contract with the goblins. Then, head bowed, he walked past the group of elves and quickly disappeared.
The goblins exclaimed, "So that's how it works!" Relieved, they quickly signed contracts with the goblins, becoming the first employees of the Sunwell Theme Park.
On the other Goblin Prince Rivendare stood beside the newly completed Sunwell, gazing at the dry bottom. He stroked his chin, considered for only three seconds, then suddenly clapped his hands. "Brothers! Pour in clean water!"
"Boss, this well is dry, what's the point of filling it with water?" a goblin engineer asked, puzzled.
"Idiot!" Gallywix jumped up and smacked him on the head. "Those Stormwind City nobles have never even tasted real Sunwell Water! We'll add some glow powder and throw in a few glowing Magic Crystal, and they'll believe it!"
So, not long after, " Sunwell Spring" was officially opened for business!
As for the health and wellness products around the Sunwell, they are dazzlingly abundant.
"Pure Sunwell Water! Enhances magic! Extends life!" the goblins shouted. "Special recommendation—'Nightlife Enhancement' potion, infused with Sunwell Essence, will make your nights even more... wonderful!" In reality, it was a goblin alchemical product.
Upon hearing this, the wealthy and noble people who came to visit immediately went on a buying spree.
"I want ten bottles!"
"Twenty bottles!" another nobleman shouted, "I want to show my lady what true ' Holy Light Power' is all about!"
For wealthy and aristocratic women, there are corresponding products such as " Sunwell Mud Mask" and " Sunwell Essence Lotion," which have also triggered a buying frenzy.
The goblins even set up a special " Elven Nightlife Street," claiming that all the waiters were High Elf.
But the goblin employees were actually worried. "Boss, where are we going to find so many elven girls willing to do this job?"
Most elves prefer jobs that seem cleaner, like receptionists or hostesses. They can openly and legitimately enter the entertainment district. Only a few Elf, hired at high salaries to act as a facade, stand at the entrance; the vast majority of elves working in the sex industry are still unemployed.
But this little matter was no challenge for the cunning goblin. Rivendare grinned. "I heard Kael'thas just finished fighting the Troll and captured a large number of female Troll. Let's go get some female Troll; they have ears too, after all!"
"But they don't look like elves at all!" the subordinate asked, puzzled.
"Idiots! Put powder on them! Make them whiter! And have them memorize ten Elvish phrases, like 'Welcome,' 'Thank you for your patronage,' and 'Please pay more'! My expensive Elvish teacher should be put to good use now. Besides, the pleasure district only opens at night, so dim the lights; human nobles love that kind of vibe."
"Also, have the Troll impersonate elves. If they get caught, tell the customers they're just country elves who are a little ugly. Also, have their tusks pulled out. Tell the Troll to cooperate well, and after five years, they and their cubs will be set free."
And so, a group of Troll Female Slave, forced to whiten their skin and wear elven costumes, mechanically smiled and said, under the tutelage of a certain genuine old elf. "Anu belore dela'na (In the name of the sun)... Uh, what's the next line again?"
The old elf stood on the platform, facing a dense crowd of Troll below, teaching Elvish with trepidation while comforting himself that he was a great disseminator of Elvish culture.
Of course, standing in the most prominent position on the charming street were several real High Elf — High Elf girls hired by the goblin flower at a high price, specifically to create an impression. For true VVVIP guests, as long as they could afford the high price...
Through a hodgepodge of goblins' charade and deception, the Sunwell Theme Park actually came to fruition. Three zeppelin flights a month flew from Stormwind City to Quel'Danas Island.
Various rumors, both reliable and unreliable, spread throughout the human kingdoms. Nobles and merchants with some spare money, under the influence of the goblins, embarked on sightseeing trips to the paradise.
The nobles from Stormwind City chuckled knowingly. Many of them had come specifically for this reason—to get up close and personal with the once unattainable High Elf, which had become the latest trend in their upper-class circles.
Of course, most of them didn't realize that the woman they spent the night with was just a disguised Troll.
For those who sensed something was amiss, the goblins would come up with numerous excuses. They'd say these were just elven relatives from the countryside— Troll, if you trace their lineage back tens of thousands of years, are indeed related to elves. Or, for nobles they couldn't afford to offend, the goblins would offer a few bottles of health-preserving potions as compensation. Of course, there were also tourists with all sorts of peculiar tastes who were even happier to discover that the waitresses were female Troll —like Stormwind Ma Mou Si.
First update.
