He even had to prepare for the worst: if the battle between the Bloodfang Worgen and the Forsaken ended, those still in Gilneas City might have no way to escape. If that happened, someone would have to hold the line and buy time for the evacuees. And facing the Forsaken, who covered the land as far as the eye could see, the fate of those left behind was easy to imagine.
