Background

Ye Guyi is a level 95 Super Douluo summoned by Li Qingxuan through a Douluo Lottery Card when he is about to be killed by a Soul Beast. She immediately kills the attacking mother wolf and addresses Li Qingxuan as her “Young Master,” accepting his protection as her duty. 1

Originating from ten thousand years in the future, Ye Guyi is fascinated by the chance to witness the earlier Douluo Continent, including the historical Martial Soul Hall and the still-living Angel Clan. Li Qingxuan becomes her guide to this era while she serves as his escort and mentor in combat matters. 1 2

After helping avenge Li Qingxuan's destroyed village by exterminating Black Wind Hall, Ye Guyi assists him in building an independent force.
