Arc 1Liu Feng’s First Soul Ring

Liu Feng trained his Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul, helped his village build a Forest Ginseng trade, and reached level ten Soul Power. He set out with Liu Qing’s squad to obtain an Earth Net Spirit Root Soul Ring and began absorbing one while the others guarded him.

  • Liu Feng awakened Blue Silver Grass with level two innate Soul Power and followed a rigorous training plan that brought him to level seven.
  • Liu Feng joined Liu Qing, Liu Bai, and the villagers on a forest trip, where he helped defeat an Ironclad Boar and gathered medicinal herbs.

Arc 2Roots and New Forms

After gaining his first Soul Ring, Liu Feng expanded Deep Roots into a village-wide Blue Silver Grass Network and used his research to develop new combat forms and improve the villagers’ crops. At fifteen, he broke through to level twenty and began preparing to choose a Second Soul Ring suited to evolving his Blue Silver Grass.

  • Liu Feng registered as a Junior Soul Master in Prosperous Dragon Town, then returned to Liu Family Village with Liu Qing and began cultivating with medicinal support.
  • Liu Feng used Deep Roots to connect the village’s Blue Silver Grass, expanding his perception and strengthening the plants as the network improved the village’s environment.
  • Liu Feng fused the linked grass into a stronger system, reached Soul Power level 13 through Deep Meditation, and advanced his training with Liu Qing’s help.

Liu Feng secured his second Soul Ring, then built an herb-growing network and a medical and perfume business while pursuing his cultivation and Soul Skill research. The arc ended with Liu Feng beginning to examine the poison afflicting Zhang Feng.

  • Liu Feng and his companions traveled to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Zhang Ma’s Bird Catching Net helped them restrain and defeat the Giant Python Vine.
  • Liu Feng absorbed the Giant Python Vine’s Soul Ring, reached level 23, and gained the recovery skill Endless Life.
  • Liu Feng and Old Man Wang established the Prosperous Dragon Town Herbal Merchants Association, with Liu Family Village processing herbs and the other villages cultivating them.
  • Liu Feng apprenticed himself to Old Man Wang and Physician Zhao, developed his surgical skills, and became known as the Surgical Saint Hand.

Liu Feng saved Zhang Feng, gathered trusted allies to develop new martial techniques, and pushed his cultivation through dangerous training. An ambush on a medicine convoy brought a fierce battle and official rewards, and the group prepared to leave the Wounded Soldiers Camp.

  • Liu Feng removed Zhang Feng’s toxin-damaged liver and used his healing skill to support his recovery.
  • Liu Feng gathered Zhang Feng, Zhou Zheng, Zhang Yuan, and Zhang Xin to study their Amplification Soul Skills and develop techniques without Soul Rings.
  • After a year of research, Liu Feng integrated the skills into the Xing Yi Six Forms, then combined them into the Heart & Mind Harmony Fist and reached level 27.
  • Liu Feng used Whale Rubber and a Rhino Earth Dragon Pearl in a grueling heat-and-cold training session, then developed Rhino Earth Dragon Pills that resisted poison.
  • Liu Feng and Liu Qing joined Zhang Feng’s convoy carrying herbs to the Third Great Camp, where bandits ambushed them and demanded the medicine be burned.
