• Yan Si visited Hirako Shinji and presented him with a gift, but the emergency meeting signal interrupted them before Hirako could take it.

Yan Si brought the Visored to Zhonghe in the Central Great The Jail, where their Hollow powers awakened and they fought Hyorinmaru. He challenged Hirako Shinji, Ōtoribashi Rōjūrō, and Love Aikawa alone, and after evading their attacks, he faced Shinji as Shinji released Sakanade.

• Yan Si arrived at Zhonghe with the Visored, and Kyunnan Shiro woke and learned they had been temporarily imprisoned there.
• The Visored awakened with Hollow powers and attacked Yan Si, so Hyorinmaru fought Hiyori, Love, and Lisa, was shattered by Lisa, and then restored himself.
• Yan Si sent Kyunnan Shiro to fight Lisa and asked Chiziro Kenpachi to seal the level against energy leaks.
• Yan Si challenged Hirako Shinji, Ōtoribashi Rōjūrō, and Love Aikawa alone, blocked Love's club with Dankū, and used Light Whips to bind and throw Rōjūrō.
• Rōjūrō caught Yan Si with Kinshara and Love fired a Flame Cero, but Yan Si evaded and drove himself into the crater beneath them.
• Hirako Shinji released Sakanade and watched Yan Si without attacking.
