You're Far Crazier Than I Am

Uchiha Itachi wanted to argue. Being Hokage was no simple matter. There was endless work to complete every day, and so many villagers to govern.

He had often seen the Third Hokage working at his desk until late into the night.

Though many times, Lord Hokage would keep staring at that crystal ball, then hurriedly hide it again whenever he appeared.

But there was no denying that the Third Hokage was always busy.

"But think about it yourself. What exactly has the Third Hokage done all these years?"

Uchiha Itachi knew what his other self was thinking. He giggled, waved his hand, and made the surroundings change once more.

The era had drawn close. The village was loud and bustling as Uchiha Itachi led them to an unfamiliar place.

At the very least, it was utterly unfamiliar to Obito and Lin.

Yet the murmuring sound of flowing water calmed everyone down, at least on the surface.

Lush grass surrounded them, and the sun hung low in the distance. It was difficult to imagine that such a beautiful place could exist within Tsukuyomi.
