The two Kirin Race powerhouses were in spirit form, and their cultivation was impressive. Both had reached the Primordial Divine Venerable level.
But their pursuers were even more powerful. More than twenty of them alone were Primordial Divine Venerables, with a vast horde of other powerhouses besides—nearly a thousand in all, by the looks of it.
