Wu Yu had no interest in lying on the grass with a bunch of guys. He went wandering around the area to enjoy the scenery instead. Seeing this, Hanabi Hyuga informed Shikamaru Nara, then leaped after Wu Yu.
As Wu Yu strolled beside the stream, he suddenly asked, "Hanabi, how old are you this year?"
Hanabi Hyuga, following behind him, said, "Nine."
Wu Yu said, "Oh, then you'll graduate from the Ninja Academy in another three years."
Hanabi Hyuga said quietly, "I can graduate early."
Wu Yu smiled. Ever since they had met today, Hinata had seemed somewhat embarrassed. Her younger sister Hanabi had stayed close to him, though her expression was innocent and confused. Clearly, before the sisters came out, their father, the Hyuga Clan Head, had probably instructed them to get closer to him.
As for whether Hyuga Hiashi had mentioned having his second daughter, Hanabi, take him as her teacher, Wu Yu had long forgotten. But judging by the sisters' behavior today, Hyuga Hiashi at least seemed to have that intention.
The Super Byakugan—or the eye technique of the Main Branch Byakugan—was indeed hard to resist.
Wu Yu said, "There's no need to graduate early. School life is still quite nice." As he spoke, he loosely cupped his hands together. A ball of grayish Sage Power flowed forth, gathering into a palm-sized long-eared rabbit. It opened a pair of ruby-like eyes that sparkled with liveliness.
"Its name is Jade Rabbit. She's my good friend," Wu Yu said. "You can play together." He handed Hanabi a clone formed from Jade Rabbit's power.
