Lan Mu frowned. With a sweep of his Spiritual Power, he immediately understood what had happened.

Earth was now... 1919.

"How... had more than fifty years passed?"

Nearly sixty years had vanished for no reason. He had merely gone to another universe to self-destruct, and he had specifically chosen a universe with an energy level similar to Earth's. There should have been no difference in time.

Without dwelling on it, he immediately located Adonis and teleported to the Antarctic.

The ship he had left behind had already been unfolded into Iron Doctrine City, standing at the South Pole.

Adonis had been in the middle of a meeting. When he saw Lan Mu suddenly barge in, he froze for a moment.

"Let's stop here for now."

Adonis was extremely excited. He dismissed the others and walked into the rear cabin.

Lan Mu hurriedly followed. The two looked at each other.

Adonis still looked young, but he no longer had the youthful air he once possessed. He was already eighty years old.

Yet he looked only around forty.

As for Lan Mu, he had barely changed at all. Compared to him, Adonis had clearly aged.

"How could it be... sixty years had passed?" Lan Mu said blankly.

Adonis looked puzzled. "Fifty-nine years... You said you would be back soon, but then you never returned... I thought you weren't coming back."

Lan Mu lowered his head in thought, wondering where things had gone wrong.

He had chosen the universe himself, so there could not have been a time difference. The only possibility... was Sagras's tunneling state.

In the tunneling state, his own time had slowed...

He had said he would return soon, yet he had been gone for sixty years.

By the time he returned, the world had changed beyond recognition. Even World
