Luffy, who was the first to Luffy the shore, dragged Usopp and Chopper along, and like three excited monkeys, they darted between the huge buildings in West Village.
"Wow, it's so tall! It's so big!" Chopper exclaimed, his eyes practically popping out of their sockets.
Usopp had already pulled out his sketchbook, which he always carried with him, and started sketching as he ran, muttering to himself, "When I get back, I'm going to tell everyone all about this! I've finally found the legendary Giant Kingdom!"
"Hey, look over there!" Luffy suddenly pointed to a cliff in the distance.
On the edge of the cliff, a figure stood with his back to them, seemingly either urinating heavily in the wind or contemplating the meaning of life.
It's none other than Gaban Great, the strongest wallbreaker on the Grand Line!
Luffy, and he immediately took off running in that direction.
Usopp jumped in fright. "Hey, hey, hey! Luffy, don't Luffy like that! What if that's some dangerous person?"
"It's alright, it's alright! I'm just a naval trainee!" Luffy without turning his head.
Gaban heard footsteps approaching from behind and turned around.
When he saw the familiar Straw Hat on Luffy's head, his eyes flickered slightly, but he quickly regained his composure.
"Hey kids, wanna come play in Elbaf?" Gaban greeted them with a smile, as enthusiastic as if he were the host!
Luffy stopped in front of him, looking curious. "Who are you, sir? Do you live here?"
"I suppose so." Gaban stroked his chin. "My wife and children live here! And you? You don't look like children of Giant race."
"My name is Monkey D. Luffy!" Luffy proudly puffed out his chest. "A naval trainee who came to the New World for an internship with the Lord Marshal!"
"A naval trainee?" Gaban feigned perfectly timed surprise. "Are all naval personnel this young these days? You look only thirteen or fourteen, right? Truly, heroes emerge from among the young!"
Usopp finally caught up, panting, " Luffy, can you stop... wait?"
He paused for a moment when he saw Gaban, feeling an inexplicable sense of oppression emanating from the older man.
Chopper, meanwhile, hid behind Luffy, cautiously peeking out.
"Uncle, do you know any giant warriors?" Luffy's eyes lit up. "I want to meet the legendary Elbaf warriors!"
Gaban laughed heartily, "Giant warriors, huh? They're everywhere. But they're all probably quite busy right now, since a group of formidable naval trainees have arrived in Elbaf, hahaha..."
"Huh?" Luffy blinked, then, as if he had grasped the crux of the matter, his eyes widened excitedly, "Uncle, you just said your wife and kids live here? Could they be... giants?!"
At this point, Luffy's eyes immediately lit up, and he looked at Gaban with admiration.
Gaban smiled and nodded. "Of course, Elbaf except me is a Titan! So of course my wife is a Titan too!"
"Is the lady very tall and big?" Luffy blurted out instinctively.
"Hahaha, of course!" Gaban proudly raised his head. "She's probably ten or twenty meters tall. I often sleep in the palm of her hand!"
"Really?!" Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper all widened their eyes.
Chopper, in particular, felt his knowledge was insufficient as a doctor. His eyes sparkled as he looked at Gaban, exclaiming excitedly, "How is this possible? You look about the same height as the Lord Marshal! How... how... how did you have a child with a giant ten or twenty meters tall?"
Gaban narrowed his eyes slightly. "Well, that's a secret."
Usopp and Luffy, their eyes sparkling, exclaimed in unison, "Wow... that's amazing!"
Gaban enjoyed being praised. After looking Luffy and his companions up and down, he casually changed the subject, saying, "As naval trainees, why aren't you with your Lord Marshal? What are you doing here?"
"Free time, huh?" Luffy blinked, his expression serious. "Everywhere we go, the Lord Marshal lets us roam freely. If pirates appear, we'll defeat them all; if there are no pirates, we'll go on adventures!"
Gaban tentatively asked, "Did your Lord Marshal give any other orders? For example, orders to obtain something in Elbaf?"
Luffy blinked blankly, then shook his head violently.
Seeing Luffy's reaction, Gaban shook his head and chuckled to himself, then turned his head and looked solemnly at the training ship and warships docked on the shore of Elbaf, his expression gradually becoming serious.
He had previously used his Observation Haki to try and detect the movements of the Marine trainees, but when he used Observation Haki again, he could no longer detect their presence. If Luffy and his companions hadn't made such a commotion, he wouldn't have been able to sense that they had arrived in West Village.
This means that Elbaf is now covered by a much stronger, even unprecedented, Observation Haki. The reason he couldn't detect the presence of the Marine trainees with Observation Haki is because someone used Observation Haki Killer to isolate the presence of all the Marines who landed on Elbaf!
The purpose was to prevent them from using Observation Haki to detect the presence of the trainees and marines!
After a brief silence, Gaban narrowed his eyes again, secretly marveling to himself, "As expected of the most powerful Marshal in naval history, even Roger would be ashamed of his abilities if he were alive!"
On the other side, at Walrus Academy.
Robin, along with Nami, Perona, Koala, and Nojiko, arrived before the enormous building, feeling as insignificant as ants.
"What a huge house..." Nami looked up, but couldn't see the roof at all.
Just then, several tall Giant race warriors suddenly stood up from the towering trees on the other side, and the leader of the Giant race warriors even ran over with heavy footsteps!
"Damn it, when did you guys get here! Why didn't I notice anything?"
The Giant race warrior in the lead stared in disbelief at the few tiny humans who had suddenly appeared in the library. They had been lying in wait, hoping to see what the naval trainees who had suddenly arrived in Elbaf were up to. But they only noticed them when Robin and the others arrived at the library entrance.
Upon seeing the suddenly appearing giant warrior, Nami, Perona, and Nojiko instinctively took a step back, shielding Robin in front of them.
Nami, her heart pounding with anxiety at the sheer size of the Giant race, exclaimed, " The Giant race are so huge! Won't they trample us to death?"
Robin was not shocked by the Giant race ' enormous size and politely said, "We are interns who came to the New World with the Navy Marshal for our training, and we would like to visit the library in Elbaf."
"Naval trainees?" The giant warrior's eyes narrowed, and he said in a deep voice, "The library in Elbaf is not open to the public. Please leave immediately. If you are unwilling to leave, I am happy to oblige and send you away with this axe in my hand!"
