The Dream Realm is a domain shaped by the cognition, memories, imagination, and residual dreams of sentient beings. Its scenes require reality as a reference: dream imagery originates from what individuals or groups already know and perceive. 436

It follows a cultivation path distinct from Qi Refining. Its essence is not Spiritual Energy, which is why the Heaven-Covering Heaven and Earth Great Formation cannot directly govern it; Lin Chen instead identifies its foundation with sentient perception and information. 445

Within the Sea of Consciousness, each sentient being possesses an individual dream realm. Weak dream realms can be infiltrated and have their memories altered, while powerful consciousness realms can trap even an intruder such as Lin Chen. 482
